Great App
It doesn’t crash. It’s done everything I’ve asked and hasn’t hung up. An embedded pdf didn’t load and I have to reload the page a couple of times but that may be my connectivity, not sure?
One thing, now that I think about it, when you first submit a form, the app creates a thumbnail, then, when you update the form (like when you when you approve an application for membership) that initial thumbnail doesn’t update. You have to actually open the form to see that approval. Not a big deal but if I have to “pick on something”. :-)

Regarding the embedded PDF issue, please let us know the form in question through our support contact form here https://www.jotform.com/contact/ so we can further check and probably suggest alternatives if it keeps happening on your side. So far, we have not experienced the same problem when using PDF Embedder Widget. About the thumbnail, if you're referring to the image thumbnails uploaded to the form, we also couldn't replicate it. The thumbnail was instantly updated after the submission was updated. If I have misunderstood your question, please give us more details by contacting us in our support contact form. Best app for tracking form submissions
Because most of us need web as well as mobile tools I will mention some pro/cons for the overall service beyond how the app works.
Cons: JotForm’s form templates could be better. Most of the available designs seem to be for a freestanding form rather than to embed in a site, with way too much body padding and a background color so it doesn’t look integrated. This has to be over-ridden using the “Advanced Designer” that some users would find challenging. You’re not going to be able to make it truly responsive either. I wish they had a “naked” or unstyled option.
The Wordpress plugin is also basically useless.
Pros: It’s otherwise excellent. Pricing, ease of use, customer service and the variety of form fields available are all equal to or superior to peers. You can easily make a ton of different kinds of forms, like quizzes, uploaders and social contests.

Thanks for your valuable feedback. That's greatly appreciated. Just a few clarifications with regards to the cons side, the default theme has 60px spacing around the form but there are themes that you can find on theme store (jotform.com/theme-store/) with less spacing e.g. jotform.com/theme-store/theme/simplicity so you do not need to adjust them on the Advanced Designer. In addition to that, these spacing will also automatically adjust depending on the device it is viewed. Example, from 60px top spacing on desktop to zero spacing when viewed on mobile. The forms are also already mobile responsive so there's no further configuration needed but you can still inject custom CSS codes to customize it according to your preference. With regards to the Wordpress Plugin, it should be working just fine.
