Love the app, DONT love the glitches
I use Tezza all the time because the filters are great but the last month or so if ALWAYS crashes. I’d say at least every other set of photos it says to reimport because there’s an error/doesn’t want to load. It’s really putting me off using the app because it stops me being able to edit as quickly as beforeShow lesscoppergarden

Love this app although the only trouble I have is, after deleting photos to allow space on my phone it still says Tezza is using 20gb?
Where do the deleted photos go, do I need to delete off another folder?FrejaBrice

It's come a long way--seems Tezza & Team really do care to fix bugs, make additions, and provide new features. I'll renew my annual subscription. Love the fact that I can make edits in landscape mode on my iPad now--thanks! Excellent selection of professional filters, all included in the annual fee. Edit single photos or create collages. Issues with the video quality
Love this app and have always used it to edit both my pictures and videos but as of lately I cannot use any of the edited videos because the quality is just terrible. I try to paste the same filter on to both pics and vids and the videos just don’t come out the same as it used to. Please help! I am paying for this subscription and it’s a bummer that it’s not working how it used to. Yes I’ve already deleted the app and reinstalling it but nothing happens.Show lessLB.Ruiz
Bug in video filters
Love the filters and pay the subscription. However over the last couple of months the filters on videos have been off. When editing in the app they look great, but when they’re saved to my camera roll they’re dull and don’t look the same as in the app.c0yoteugly
Great for really quick, and mostly fantastic looking edits
Great filters that generally look great on most images. Shadow recovery does degrade image quality a little too much for my liking but it’s manageable.
One feature that really needs to be implemented is importing from the recents folder in the gallery. And video export is a little slow.ianneo360
Bittersweet - REIMBURSE US!!!
I love this app - but it’s a little frustrating that it’s never fully working…I pay $3.99 a month and kind of expect everything to work with no bugs whenever I use it but no, it’s either the app doesn’t fully load or I can’t save my edited photos/videos to my phone. What does Tezza team do when this happens to your customers? Do we receive a credit or refund because I’m trying to save pictures to my phone tonight and nothing is getting saved to my camera roll. I can’t even edit new pictures in the app. I double click on the picture and the edit screen is blank/blacked out. I hope this gets fixed soon or I will no longer be a paying customer.Show lessBianca.Brito

I love the editing process. The copy/paste feature is wonderful. There are so many filter options, even the free version gives lots of options for editing. My only complaint is that when I’m editing pics, the app will often crash and the pic will go black or get all glitchy. Even closing out the app doesn’t fix it. You basically just have to wait it out. This is so annoying because it’s an otherwise awesome editing tool.Show lessmaolja
Edited images not exporting
My uploaded and edited images are not exporting. The only way it appears to fix is by deleting the app & re-installing it, BUT by deleting the app it deletes all of my images and my subscription and I have to start from scratch. This has been a repeated issues lately. Disappointing as I’ve been a big fan of Tezza up until now.Show lessAri Pickle
