Love the simplicity of the app. I now have range of ISA and general growth portfolios to spread my risks. I like that for each I can review growth overtime. As I start to plan my retirement, I need same visibility for total balance. Then I would know approximately how much I can drawdown etc. IE profiles already aggregate 100s of funds, so it must be easy to do same for total balance. Absolutely brilliant for passive investing. Some apps can be overwhelming but Invest Engine does a brilliant job of making it all very simple, this is probably due to it being an ETF only platform. But it’s good to spread investments over different platforms so I don’t really mind, and most of the funds worthy of investing in are on there.Show lessMikeadamwood

I have been using InvestEngine for 6 months. Love the app and desktop. Simple intuitive and user friendly.
VERY disappointed with the ISA transfer in process. They ‘lost 2 applications’ for transfer in and after trying again one was completed successfully and the other is ‘on its way’ though my previous ISA account transferred out the money on invest engine 3 weeks ago.
It does appear to me that if you keep things simple then all is good. Any complications - or when people need to get involved - things go weird !!
Am thinking of taking everything to trading212 as my confidence in the operation is going off a cliff.
Shame as it started off so well.

Unfortunately there may be times where an ISA transfer can take longer than ideal, especially as processes may differ from one counterparty to he other. The easiest sign up process, wide range of ETF’s. As I’ve only just signed up and obviously haven’t made any withdrawals so I can’t comment on how efficient that is, and that’s the only reason for a 4 star rating not 5. With ETF’s it’s important not to over trade and carefully choose them, so the once a day trades rather than live active instantaneous trades doesn’t really bother me. I requested to withdraw all of my funds. Was told it would take four days (why it takes soooo long I have no idea with todays technology it should be same day). I am still waiting a week later with NO SIGN of my hard earned cash.
STAY WAY AWAY AND DO NOT INVEST. Transactions take an age to go through and you might not see your money again!
I have formally complained and will raise this with regulators if necessary.Show less😡d!sappointed!😡

Hi and sorry for any issues on your account. Withdrawal of cash monies are completed within 1 business day. If a client needs to sell securities to make the cash available, then it can take up to 4 business days, as the sell orders need to be executed and settle in the account as cash before being sent to the clients nominated bank account.
