Hi OllyOxford, I'm sorry to see you had issues cancelling your subscription. If you signed up through Apple, then you should be able to manage your subscriptions by visiting your settings, then Apple ID > Subscriptions. Or search 'subscriptions' on your iphone navigation. This is where you can cancel any app free trial or subscription. Because our app doesn't collect any user data (to protect the data of children), we're not able to see which account uses or doesn't use the app. This is why we're not able to refund people on that basis. Of course if we could see that someone hadn't used the app then we would refund them, but because we're not able to see that information, we can't manage refunds in this way.
