I do watch your videos but I download the app and like a whole the other kids I don’t have money . Mum Dad don’t like spending money make it free! I’am not kidding it’s so annoying

Impossible to access paid service

I have paid the very expensive annual fee for this app and used the restore purchase function several times and it will not allow access on the iPad app. Works fine on the AppleTV but the point of paying is for cross-platform access. Will be seeing a refund.

I like this game the only reason I’m doing a review is because YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOGA .why do u have to my my daughter loves it but sighting in hasn’t worked we can’t even do eny of the fun yoga vids because we can’t log in please help us

We are so thankful for Jamie and Cosmic Kids! It gives my 6yo and 3yo a healthy physical, mental, and emotional outlet while they’re cooped up at home during winter and with all the Covid weirdness. Yoga is now one of their go-to activities when they feel bored or sad. They know they will feel better after! We often all sit down together to do an adventure in the evening. Great for the whole family! I am so glad to be able to support this incredible work.

Great for grownups too

I first saw Cosmic Kids on my kids’ online school program during COVID. I started to do the moves myself to encourage my reluctant 6yo. To my delight, I discovered that, for the first time, I was not bored doing yoga. Sure, they are stories for children, but they keep me entertained through the poses. I am amused and curious to see what poses Jaime will do to tell the story. My kids are back in school, but I purchased the App for myself. I use it every day after my cardio and still haven’t gotten bored. Thanks Jaime!

New Update - Offline download

Used this app for a while, worked great to download videos to play offline. But since this new update the app shuts down when trying to select “saved” sections. Any ideas please Cosmic Kids?

Such a great way to add exercise to every day!

We just love Cosmic Kids in our house. We are grandparents who watch 3 of our granddaughters. One is 7 and we homeschool her and the other 2 are 2 year old twins!! It’s so nice to have an activity they all enjoy to do together!!! It’s just great!! The different lengths of sessions works out great for our busy schedule!!!!

App won’t restore purchase

I’m paying for a subscription. Was loving it. My son was doing it every morning and getting so much from it. It had become part of our daily routine. Then without warning the app starting asking me to sign up despite already having an active subscription. Have submitted a support request but it still hasn’t been restored so I’m paying for something I’m not receiving at the moment, which is frustrating. I think the product itself, the videos etc is wonderful. I’d rate it 5 stars. But not being able to access content I’ve paid for is too significant a problem to ignore.
