Can’t even create an account
I just downloaded the app and tried to create an account and it won’t let me use either of my emails. They are valid emails I use every day for other accounts and the app keeps telling me to use a valid email. I deleted and redownloaded the app and get the same response. This app will not work
I have tried for the past year and a half to renew my auto tags on auto assistance. It does not work. I have tried to reset my password and it says that the password was sent, but it never was when I try to re-register it always tells me my email is invalid no matter what email address I use. I need to go back to the drawing board and fix this or METRO county needs to stop using.Show lessjinnashville
Needs improvement- can’t even log in
When I first downloaded the app, it was great. They accepted all my registrations for my vehicles but overtime. One of them went missing and can’t be added back for some reason and now I’ve gotten a new phone and the app will not let me login or even create a new account, so it’s useless to me. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and still nothing keeps telling me. I’m not using a valid email address. It’s the only one I’ve ever had.Show lessNiceNurse77
Broken / False Advertising / No Support
App no longer works. Cannot change/add payment methods. So if your credit card on file is no longer usable for whatever reason, you are screwed.
Click the Support link on the app page and you get a 404 page not found error.
I will be contacting Tennessee County Clerk to advise them of this abandoned app. They continue to falsely advertise this app is a valid tool for registration renewal - it is not.Show lessARSullivan
Absolute garbage
Since my state has switched to this trash app, between 2 car over 3 years I’ve had one flawless renewal the other 5 resulted in me nearly getting fined a $160 for the failure of this app, obviously tax funded, this is a total sham and you still have to truck yourself to the county clerks office to not get registered. The only thing this app will get your is a fee on top of a fine.Show lessRaygraff19
Can’t register an account
I haven’t been able to register an account due to “invalid email” error message. I’ve tried multiple email addresses, none have worked. There’s no way to contact the devs, as the Contact Us form on the website does nothing. I could really use proof of my registration right now while I’m waiting for it to come in the mail. Horrible App - Developer is Garbage
How hard is it to develop an app that uses an email address and basic password to create an account? Entered my everyday Gmail address, and it told me—like it’s told everyone else—that my email address isn’t valid. What a freakin joke. AND…the fact that all these bad reviews go back to the developer…they can’t respond to even one of them? Not one?? App Information Doesn’t Match County Records
This app use to work for me but I noticed it no longer corresponds with the county clerk’s office. I renewed my registration at the clerk’s office five weeks ago. The app shows my registration is expired! Also, my other vehicle registration expires 30 June 2024. The app even shows “Expiring Soon.” When I attempt to renew it, the app shows an error and that registration date must be within 90 days of registration! It expires in 25 days.Show lessWhadUpCuzz
Won’t accept email to create account
My normal email has a period separating my first and last name like many other people. Whenever i try to register i am told to enter a valid email address. It is a valid email address. I hope this is a server problem and can be fixed quickly. But right now this is unusable.Turbochip
Can’t register, can’t give zero stars, can delete app
Before I spend any more time trying to get this app to work, I’m just gonna register by mail. It’s not worth my time and effort to deal with someone else’s lack of development. Tried multiple times To create a new account. Kept telling me one of my email addresses was not valid.
