Valid email addresses viewed as invalid
I thought this was a brilliant idea due to technology and just having it in my pocket and easily accessible like a lot of other things. Unfortunately, I tried to create an account and couldn’t. I tried my work email address, my school email address, my Google email address and all showed invalid email address. I thought it was super odd until I seen another review stating the exact same thing. It’s a great idea, just poorly executed.Show lessJL607
Create account
I was going to create an account since I do not have one but the app is telling me to put in a valid email address. My email address is valid, I have used the same email address for over 10 years! With that being said, I will not create an account and I will renew my tags in person.Leosgrl
Couldn’t even create an account
I clicked on created an account, put in my email address and created a password (of course, there were no instructions about what the password had to include or how many characters), and hit “submit.”
And Voilà: a message stating that I must enter a valid email address. I promise it’s a valid email account. And no it doesn’t have a space after the address that makes it look like not a valid email account. how bad must the software be that it fails on the first step?Show lessbibleguy 55
Can’t even register
I typed in my email address three times and the system told me to enter a valid email address. It is a valid email address. I use it multiple times per day and have done so for many years. Be like any other responsible developer and process an email confirmation to the entered email address instead of just blowing off an email address because you have not been forward-looking enough to see every possible variation of email addresses. Can't create an account, app support 404 page
Insists that my email address is not a valid email address as in trying to create an account - tried a few different ones, just to see if there was something specific it didn't seem to like, no luck.

This app would not even let me create an account. I put in my email and it says it’s not a valid email. I even closed the app out,went back into to do it again and the same thing. I even shut off and restarted my phone- that didn’t even work.ilikepie2299

It worked perfectly. I travel a lot for work and it allowed me to always have my vehicle information for officers when stopped. (I have been stopped in a state and required to show my personal insurance). Now it has stopped working. It didn’t update when I renewed my registration and plate, now I can’t add a vehicle. Was great for what it was. Now it’s another trash app on my phone.Show lessPurVnm
Started out great.
Added my vehicles with no issues. I even renewed them the following year with no issue. Now I can’t renew any of my vehicles and the one I have already renewed hasn’t updated, still shows it expires two months ago. I have a car that is expiring this month and the renew button says “feature not available”. There’s so “contact us” option in the app and when you click on “app support” under the app in the App Store, the website doesn’t exist.
So it was great for about a year…useless now. Deleting the app.Show lessmbritb
Need update for IOS 17
A very convenient way to renew your auto registration or even be able to show your registration proof to a police officer. Since I have updated my phone to IOS 17 the app doesn’t work. I can’t login or reset my password. It needs an update urgently to be compatible with IOS 17.Chmsyd
