Very easy
I just used this app and renewed my tags in just a few minutes. Very easy - no problems. I see many reviews that say it could not find their cars. I just want to point out that you need the title number to add your cars. That info is not on my renewal notice - I had to physically look at the title. I think some people may be using the VIN number (or partial VIN) instead.Show lessbodhisattva8
Apple Wallet Issuea
I have used this app over a year now and added a new vehicle to the app. When I went to add the registration to my Apple wallet I get a mess that Safari is unable to add it. I was able to add it the 1st year, but I am not able to today.MsMarlaB
Don’t bother
I read the other reviews first. Many problems but a few successes. I was willing to give it a try since I work in software and was interested to see if they had fixed the problems identified. Nope!
I was able to find my vehicle using plate and title number (quite an unnecessary extra piece of data to require). I went through the renewal process and completed every step, including the addition of my credit card for payment. Submitted and got an error that simply said “unable to process at this time, please try again”. So, I tried again and same result.
I have 3 vehicles to renew, so I went to the county clerk’s website and renewed the other two in about 1 minute each. Then, I restarted this app and tried again — same error. I deleted the app. If it isn’t faster or easier than why even have the app? Take it down, test it well, and fix the problems before reposting.Show lessJthcds

Works great
My application works great in Cheatham Country Tennessee. I can see so many people complaining about this that it doesn’t pull up the information. You shouldn’t be blaming the application, that’s an issue with your county clerks office or your state DMV‘s / Secretary of State information it’s not populating. To blame the app or its developer is ignorant. They are just the conduit between he application and your states vehicle registration system.Show lessRansking
