This method of medicine is great for someone like me who just needed to talk to a doctor but not necessarily having to see him in person. He answered my questions and I was satisfied with the answers. In about 5 minutes we were finished and I never had to leave home

Very easy to use. Quick response time. I would use this app again if needed. Urgent care was closed for the observation of Independence Day, so this allowed me to start antibiotics quickly
On Demand
I love the convenience and privacy that I feel when I use the On Demand app. Even working just through video, Kara is as thorough as she could be if I saw her in person.
Welcome video
I wish I didn’t have to sit through the welcome video every time I sign on. There should be a way to skip it. It’s getting in my nerves

Thanks for this option to continue treatment for my asthma. As a new, full-time caregiver getting away to a doctor’s office wasn’t possible. This option allowed me to keep up with some health concerns that aren’t urgent, but needed attention. Thanks!!
Great experience—easy
My first time using this service and it was great! So much more convenient and comfortable than driving to a doctor’s office. My physician was excellent.

My Pediatrician Dr. Webb is the best. She always listen to parent opinions with regards to their child health and always has an answer for any situation you may have.
Amazing Place and Even better Doctors !
This app is amazing and the doctors are even better !! I have been working with dr Bone and I have not seen any doctor in my entire life that cares as much as dr Bone ! I’ve worked with many doctors and honestly it’s amazing to see a doctor who listens to you not just does the routine visits! I am so happy I found him and I am very pleased with penn state health in general! Anyone looking for medical treatment or even just routine visits please give them a try they are the best in the state in my opinion!

Really impressed with this platform! Was not expecting to actually speak with a live person via video chat who was also a registered nurse. I thought it would be me typing in a chat room to a virtual robot of some sort. Really impressed with this!
