After many attempts we’ve finally completed a visit using this app. A big improvement would be for the live participants to have equal space on the display.

Phone call with Michelle
We found her very helpful and knowledgeable regarding Covid. She reviewed my symptoms and my information from my hospital stay. She promised to follow up with me Monday. It was good to talk with her after my experience and to ask questions.

My Telehealth visit with Dr. Matthew Evans was amazing! Penn State on Demand has been set up for easy navigation, starting with Maria’s patient way of getting me on the app which continued to step me through the entire process. Thanks for making my virtual visit so comfortable.
Software was slow to start
Everyone has their own preferences for the software platform. The on demand platform took a few times to connect. But once it did. Worked great. Dr. Was great and professional as expected.

This was my first time on an on-demand visit. The nurse was very helpful and using the app was really easy. As well as the doctor it was a very kind!
Zoom Visit
Being able to visit with the Best Doctor I know, Dr Nana Barnasko, is such a blessing. She always is there to help any way she can. After having Crohn’s for 55 years, she has cared more and got me to a better place than any other Dr ever has. I am blessed to have her on my side!
Virtual doctor visit
Dr. Frank Batista is an amazing care provider. He has gone down the medical rabbit hole with me for many years now and if not for his care I strongly believe I would no monger be here. I feared what it would be like for me when Covid hit and I am to at risk to go anywhere in public however he and his staff guided me through the virtual side and taught me how to use the system by phone and showed extreme patience and care in making sure they could stay connected with me and my home nurse. I am grateful for their kindness from Melanie at the front desk to whomever is on at the triage nurse station to Jerry who is the best nurse at that office to Cindy who can always find my veins to Melissa who is the Care Coordinator and last but definitely not least Dr. Batista. These people are more than my care network, they are my lifeline and saviors in my children’s eyes. They will never know what they have given me by taking such care of me especially the last 12 years as my health declined at such a rapid pace. They are my angels and a true gift from God. Thank you to all of you , words cannot express what you’ve given to my family by keeping me around all these years to have time with my family. I truly love you all from the depths of my heart.
