Efficient and User-Friendly
The Home365 app has streamlined so many aspects of living in a rental. Recently, I needed to report a problem with my AC unit, and I was able to upload a video of the issue directly through the app. The response was quick, and I scheduled the repair in just a few taps. The app even keeps you updated on the status of your request, which is super helpful. It’s easy to use and really takes the stress out of dealing with maintenance.

Terrible to rent from
My bathroom had a leak as soon as I moved in and it took 3 months for the to actually fix it. Bathroom was flooded and could barely use it. Then I was charged $300 for something that never happened and when k asked about it I was told I was going to have to pay no matter what happened.
Don’t rent from them
If you are a renter looking at a place owned by this company do not sign a lease with them. Maintenance requests are literally impossible to make in what is quite simply the worst app I’ve ever had the misfortune to come across. You can record a request for maintenance video but the app will never let you submit it. If your building is taken over by this company do not renew your lease. They are slumlords. Get out while you can!

DO NOT RENT HERE
THEY DONT HVE ANY OF YOUR INFO IN A LOCATION WHERE THEY CAN ACCESS IT. YOU HAVE TO WAIT 3 PLUS DAYS FOR ANYONE TO RESPOND TO YOU FOR MAINTENANCE. THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER RENTED FROM.
App is absolutely TRASH
My renting company switched to Home365 first month tried to pay rent (suppose to go through app) kept getting a 0 balance nothing due. Maintenance request are suppose to go through app, but couple maintenance request I put through after a day just delete off the app and I can never see them again. How am I to know what is being worked on and what is not? When I name a project to distinguish between the maintenance request; project name disappears also. Each project vendor communicates through the app when I’ll get notifications of an unread message but unable to see any messages. I’ve deleted the app reinstalled it and even refreshed it still no messages to be read. I’ve called the company told them the situation and 8 months late no fixes no updates nothing!

Dissatisfied Tentant!!!
When this company took over it was one problem after another. They sent 4-5 different people to my house to do a complete inspection. They all took the same notes and nothing was done for months!!! Roof leaked in the kitchen. They fixed the roof but my ceiling in the kitchen is still not fixed. Plumber came to replace a sink in the 1/2 bathroom. I told him the toilet also didn’t flush. I had to leave and when I got back the toilet still didn’t work. A guy came to repair my outside steps and fix the drain spout. He used yellow zip ties and attached the drain to my railing. He took a piece of wood and just literally nailed it to the rotting step. I could go on and on. Just too much!!!!

Fed up !!
The property management company I had switched over to 365, these people are so in unprofessional . You go on the app to make a request for something that needs done you get the runaround. I’ve lived here 10 yrs never had a problem with the maintenance of the yard or snow, since these people took over I had to pay for snow removal and grass cut out my pocket. Asked for reimbursement and no one calls or texts you back. The refrigerator went on the blink, put in request after about a month I was told my project was completed. I got no replacement or. refrigerator . I rate these people a 0 .

Not a pleasant experience
First of all, its already unfortunate that this staff is uncommunicative. It took a nice time to process the security deposit. Then, I signed the lease 7 times and trying to pay my first month rent to move in. The tech team is is unfortunate because they never responded to my ticket after they said they will respond in 1 business day. If I am fortunate enough to even pay my rent, they payment will still need to process several days. And it doesn’t help that the staff rarely responds, which could be a day or two. I’m just trying to get into my house! What’s going on with Home 365

Worst experience ever!
The property management I was renting through switched to Home365 and the problems I was having with them prior, multiplied x1000. The first time paying rent through this app, not only over charged me but cleared on their end and was never pulled from my bank account. After almost 2 weeks, I said screw it and drove 45 mins both ways to drop off a check and still another 2 1/2 weeks before they even cashed it.
I then went to login to Home365 and it said my account had been canceled… And tell me how it is legal for them not to be able to provide any type of ledger or proof of previous payment/ history of living at a residence for almost 3 years…
