Wish I could give no stars
Worst rental experience I have ever had. I started out renting my place from the owner and then Slatehouse managed and now this company. There’s no way to contact a person directly at all. You have to submit a form for everything and then they say let us know if you have questions but you can’t reply to emails. I’ve been trying to get my lease changed for over two weeks and they still haven’t helped me appropriately. And then I get an email asking for my contribution for a maintenance issue and I have no idea what it’s even about. It all feels like a big scam.

Horrible
Never works properly. Never notifies me when I get a message despite having notifications turned on. Half the time I can’t even get it to load. Home365 and the app are probably the worst leasing company I’ve ever dealt with. I’m extremely upset that my landlord merged with them and have contemplated moving because of it.

Took over 2 weeks to get a reply to maintenance request
Took 2 weeks for them to even say that they were looking to find someone to come perform maintenance on my oven and leaking hot water. I reported both of these right after I moved in via the app, but no one even reached out for 2 weeks with me emailing them as well.
Also said that my rent world be prorated but then it was not. I had realize they did not protested it in my own and then had to email them to get it adjusted.
It seems like they do not run unit or integration tests on their app either.

Makes you wanna throw your phone into a lake
This app is the absolute worst!!!!! Too many bugs and glitches. It’s a Piss poor way to contact maintenance AND landlord. I had an immediate issue and the app wouldn’t let me in to add anything for days at a time! Plaid does not work well with my credit Union so i have to either use a cash code or pay via ACH which takes over a week to come out of my account, everything is jus terrible.

Terrible service
This is the worst app. Every time I put in a work order the app freezes up for me it seems like a little shady you want our rent but don’t fix issues. If the house goes on fire do I take a video to let you know because you cannot talk to a human . Most ridiculous way of doing business

I hate this app. The payments are never correct. I get billed randomly and am still expected to know everything I need to pay. Throw this app in the trash. It’s unacceptable that it still has so many bugs.

This app has got to be the worst I have ever encountered with dealing with property management but they expect you to communicate everything through this crappy app then never answer the phone for concerns. They don’t even respond to emails. This source of communication is by far the worst and waste of time. For the cost of living to be so pricy it was none spent on the app itself. It loads the whole entire time then turn off. I have removed and reinstalled it never works. The chats don’t work when trying to communicate. I hate it here!!!!! I rather throw myself down a stairwell

This app is not accurate at all and will make you look like you have not paid your rent or utilities

Previous property management company was bought out by this one and things have Gina horrifically downhill. The app is by far the worst thing to have to use as well as the fact that there is NEVER anyone to talk to for help. Loved my apartment until this company took over. Unfortunately you probably won’t read this until you’ve already signed a lease and by then it’s too late. Good luck.
