So helpful

I was very blessed to be able to get the O2 monitor (it also measures heart rate) and have seen various improvements in the app as it’s gone alone. Sometimes it takes a bit to get used to it but each improvement IS an improvement even though it was helpful beforehand. I only gave the app 4 stars as I can see how other aspects may potentially be integrated for an even wider health experience (especially if we could manually enter results from other devices as well like glucose levels and blood pressure). But I’m very happy and I’m actually thankful the monitor is FINALLY able to show what’s happening for me and translate that into useful information on the app for doctors. Also, customer service have been ever so lovely and helpful.

New update terrible

I have found this app really useful until now for my baby son. The new detail including time and percentages for each reading was extra helpful. However since the latest update, my app has stopped reading and stopped downloading the data so it’s making the device almost useless.

New app update and Baby02 firmware upgrade leaves you with unusable product

After the most recent app update I was also given the opportunity to upgrade the firmware on our Baby02 monitor but since doing so the app no longer retains a connection to the device. This new issue in addition to the recent horrible interface upgrade is a huge disappointment and step backward from a great solution which I recommended to many people in the past…

Lots of improvements

I own 3 Wellue products and was invited to be a beta tester of the new version of the ViHealth app. It is now released to everyone and I have to say it’s MUCH better than the prior version. I’m not going to say it’s perfect (I wish it would automatically change to the device that’s turned on vs making me manually change which device I’m using), but it works really well, looks good (I use dark mode) and is very responsive. I also love that it pushes all the health data to my Apple Health app. Keep up the good work dev team.

New app is junk

This company had one of the best stand alone ekg products on the market and ruined it. You now have to sign up for an account and create a profile in order to use the app. The app is glitchy and somehow in the process of signing up and creating a profile in entered me twice, so now when I try to use it it says that you can’t have two users with the same name. And there doesn’t seem to be a way to delete one of them. Why do these people have to mess with things. If it ain’t broke, don’t try to fix it. What was once a 5 star product is now garbage.

Badly thought out app- difficult to share device

My gf and I want to share the BP monitor but this app insists on sharing ALL data with my iPhone irrespective of how it’s tagged in the app. So I have to manually delete all my girlfriend’s BP readings from my iPhone health app. This is a huge bug and something the app should be doing for me.

DO NOT USE THIS APP

Do not use this app. It appears to have been altered in China to obtain personal information and health data. You may consider returning your device to wherever you bought it. The app update issued in December 2022 and any thereafter ruined the usefulness of the O2 ring I have used for 18 months. It used to be easy to use and the data display was clear, detailed and all on one screen. It's an absolute mess now and looks like it was written by someone with no software experience at all. Also there are major privacy and security concerns with the new app. Your personal info is required to open an account and your private health data along with other sensitive information is stored on a server in Shenzhen China. China does not have the same privacy standards as the United States or EU and all businesses in China are required to provide data to the government on request. There is no explanation from ViHealth or Wellue as to why they intentionally loaded this terrible and unsecured app on to everyone's devices. If or until the companies restore the app to it's former useful and secure version you should seriously consider removing it from your devices.

Good but not super efficient

Good for what I need it for but still require a lot of improvement. I need to track my oxigen levels when sleeping, I wear the oximeter most of the night as I suspect having Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
When looking at the graphs is really hard to pinpoint the time and percentage when touching the screen. I wish there was a landscape usability making the graph bigger and easier to check.
Also as other reviews said it doesn't sync with Apple Health for the heart bit rate.

No more “finger out” alarm!

I’m not sure what happened, but PLEASE bring back the previous version! Since the update it’s SO glitchy and the numbers are tiny! Please, please how can I get the old version?

Does anyone read the reviews? People are clearly not happy with the updates! The latest update removed the “finger out” alarm!! If the device slides off while sleeping it doesn’t let you know! It used to work flawlessly for 10 hours, now it goes offline after 1 or 2. Not reliable!

Garbage App

Useless App that will not connect to Checkme devices. It looks like this was rushed without proper research.
