Can’t access the App
After downloading the App I attempted to set up an account. It said my email address already existed and the password was incorrect 🙄. Fine, let’s try resetting the password…..well that was successful……but then it still says the password is invalid when logging in. Tried it multiple times and have never had this experience with any other App. Guess I either use the monitor without this useless App or I return it.

Can’t log in
First I tried to make an account and it said I already had an account with my email. I don’t know how I would have but I tried to reset password and log in - several times, & every time it said wrong password. I then tried to make an account with a different email and it said the same thing - that I had an account already. So I tried the same thing and it didn’t work. This is frustrating I spent a lot of money on health stuff that I should be able to access information and log it from this app and it won’t let me. Please fix this problem.

Improvement
Given the correlation between blood pressure and weight it’d make sense to enable the input and tracking of weight to the app
Update
Every time I try and update the device to a newer firmware threw the app, it crashes and says upload fails
Averages inconsistent
Hard to figure out averages such as week, month. Appears to Display last reading not average which is important to rely on.
Needs a night mode
The app works fine for what I use it for. However, it would be great if they made a night mode option since the app has to be open in order for alerts to go off. The white background is so bright to have open at night. Either that or make the app able to notify with it closed. I don’t know why the app has to be open for the alerting feature to work. Nonetheless there should be a night mode feature with a dark back screen.

So much room for improvement!
This company seems so unaware that they only have a 2 star rating. Most people are frustrated by this device including me! Everyday I have to uninstall the app for my Wellue ring and then reinstall the app to download the information gathered from the previous night’s sleep monitoring. It is very frustrating but I already bought the ring and when I bought it about a year ago it had a 4 star rating, if I remember correctly. Hopefully the company will come up with some updates to make this work better. The ring itself is functional and accurate but getting the information from the ring just isn’t worth the frustration!

ViHealth App doesn’t work
This app will not work on IOS/Apple. I’ve tried everything. I reset my password, says successful, & then it tells me to return to App only for it to tell me incorrect password. I don’t even think the developers know the fix. They gave me a link to go to their direct website only to find that website is for sale & all written out in Japanese. Ummmmm ok, I think not. I’ll be returning this Product asap! Item is Armfit + Blood Pressure Monitor with EKG. (Wellue/Viatom. JUNK!!!! Only reason I gave it a one ⭐️, is because it wouldn’t allow me to give it a 0 Star….

I Absolutely Hate the New Makeover!
The designers recently did a major makeover to this app, and I hate it! I would desperately like to go back to the old version. The update is visually ugly, non-intuitive, and awkward to use, even once one finally figures out where things are. IMO, possibly the worst update I've ever received on an app. It took me over five minutes to even find what used to be the homepage, and once I did, I found it to be squishy and blurry in appearance. I was also VERY annoyed to have to enter a lot of personal information now, which I prefer not to share, especially with an overseas company. When my device eventually dies, these changes are enough that I will definitely explore the market for alternative devices, whereas last month I would have said they unquestionably had me as a customer for life.
