Wouldn’t let me past address screen
When I get to the “Please enter your mailing address for verification” screen, nothing happens. My address isn’t recognized and anything I put in the field does nothing. I only get the message “Oops, please select address from address list.” No list pops up for anything I type in.Nikkorz

Reaching people most apps won’t.
This is my second time borrowing through Zirtue, and with good reason. Aside from the fact that it allows borrowers like me to be transparent with the need with actual PEOPLE, and not some lender-bot AI, the system itself is designed to access banks that lender-bot apps won’t (through Plaid’s ability to input account info manually). Having been a Zirtue customer, and being a seasonal worker (school bus driver), Zirtue has allowed me to borrow in times where I’ve needed it, be it for hard times over not-so-busy summer break, or in the most recent case, Thanksgiving break catching up with me. Damaged trust with friend, 0 customer support
I made several attempts to reach out to customer service when I changed banks. Zirtue never restarted my payments or replied to my emails in over two months of attempts. No attempt to reach me. Then they deactivated my account. It's been horrible for my friendship, since they agreed to the loan in part because a third-party would handle payment without either of us needing to think about it. Now they feel lied to. Obviously, this loan to them is my responsibility and I'll make good on it. But you know you did wrong, Zirtue.Show lessKickTheGigNoah
Hate the service.
