Life changing-highly recommend

I couldn’t thank Kira enough for her amazing knowledge, experience and workouts! I first saw Kira through Candace Bure workouts, and it has changed my life. I am really ‘Stoked’ with my results and can last through an hours routine which is something I couldn’t do 6 weeks ago. I suffered from hormonal imbalances, weight gain and anxiety, and I have completely reset my body with this app and a good diet. I highly recommend this App! It’s worth every penny. I’m in Australia and so grateful to be able to access this. Thanks again Kira for all your hard work.

In love with Kira

Fabulous results with an easy to follow format.

Recommend for beginners and seasoned athletes!

Update: I’ve been using this app religiously (pretty much every single day!) for about 8 months and LOVE IT! Kira is so fun and the work outs get you pumped and motivated!!! I could not recommend more. I’ve been enjoying my 7-day free trial so much I will be continuing to purchase a subscription!! I love Kira’s energy and the workouts I’ve done are simple enough to easily figure out at home, but are EFFECTIVE! I can feel my muscles already getting toned. I’ve been working out for years and don’t consider myself a “beginner” but I do recommend for those who want to switch up their work outs, or need a little motivation/pep in their workout! Would also recommend for beginners too because like I said the workouts aren’t difficult to follow, Kira and others show various levels of modifications and explain things so it’s easy to follow!!

Quality Training and Effective Routines

I discovered Kira Stokes App by watching videos shared by Candace Cameron Bure on Facebook. I was drawn to the way Kira instructs you to do the exercises and the stoked method. I downloaded the app and started with the beginner program and progressed from there. Since using the app four months ago, I have noticed a significant difference in the way I feel after the workouts, and improvement in my cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility and endurance. It is easy to find exercises that I am looking for because of the way the app is laid out. There are plenty of programs or stoked stacks as Kira calls them to choose for your workouts. I am grateful that Kira has developed her program in app that is accessible through the App Store. I can watch the videos on my smart tv via my phone or on my laptop. The stoked gear is travel-friendly which leaves no excuses for getting in your workouts when you are not home. I turned 50 a month ago and am in the best shape of my life due to using the Kira Stokes app.

Incredible!

You can tell that Kira is doing exactly what is was born to do. She always has new moves and is extremely detailed in teaching you how to do every move and that helps you get the most benefit for your time. It’s an incredible app with a wonderful trainer! I’ve worked out my entire life and was needing something more challenging and different, so this has been perfect for me! She also works new muscles that I don’t think to work! And lastly, my knees and hips had started to hurt during my running at around mile 3. I started doing these workouts and can run 7 miles with no knee or hip pain now! So very thankful for Kira and this app! Thank you for doing what your were meant to do, we are all benefitting so much from it!

Best functional fitness app ever!

I love these workouts! They challenge my body and build functional fitness like no other! They are challenging, but leave me feeling stronger, and energized! I love Kira’s positive energy and how she always reminds us to “take a moment and be grateful for the ability to move and challenge our body, cuz it is truly a gift”. Love it even more than I had hoped I would!

The Kira Stokes Fit App is extremely well organized and very user friendly. I have most appreciated that she has several 7 day plans for all levels. I used the three beginner weeks for 9 weeks and then moved onto the intermediate level. I am definitely gaining strength and muscle tone in ways I never have with other workouts. I also like that it’s easy to add onto workouts as you have more time one day or want to add a certain kind of workout like a 15 minute cardio jump rope or target a specific set of muscles. The other thing I really like is Kira tells you how to move your body and what it should feel and look like, helping to truly learn form. Such a great investment for me!

Amazing!

I love this App! Kira is awesome, motivating and challenging! I have been working out for 25 years consistently. I love all forms of strength training, HIIT workouts, core, kickboxing, and cardio. I was looking for something new and this was exactly what I needed. I am 46 and I know how much I need strength training. So many of my videos use heavy weights and I find it boring and repetitive. Kira’s strength training with the bands, light to medium weights and the ball are so good. She creates these circuits that keep you moving but also allow you to repeat an exercise again with more precision! I started this app with the 7 day FREE trial and after day 2 I knew I was hooked! Thank you Kira for reminding us that it is a privilege to be able to move our bodies and stay active!

I love everything about this app!

There is so much to love here. I love Kira’s energy and positive attitude. I love that she programs the workouts so that the moves compliment each other. I love how smart she is and she uses science backed programming. I love having the ability to choose one long workout or stacking shorter segments. Some days I love and need cardio, some days my body says no to that, and I can get a great strength workout. Some days I don’t feel like deciding, so I work one of her 20 plus day programs. It makes all the decisions for me and I am thankful for that.
I have been using this app for just about a year and I still find new things to do. I never get bored.
I am sure I left something out, but I need to do my workout now, so I will finish by saying if I could give it 10 stars I would. It is that good.

Weirdly organized.

Workouts are great but the set up and organization on how to find each is not good.
If you are a true beginner than this workout series is not for you!
The beginner section is very hard.
