  • Quality Training and Effective Routines

    I discovered Kira Stokes App by watching videos shared by Candace Cameron Bure on Facebook. I was drawn to the way Kira instructs you to do the exercises and the stoked method. I downloaded the app and started with the beginner program and progressed from there. Since using the app four months ago, I have noticed a significant difference in the way I feel after the workouts, and improvement in my cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility and endurance. It is easy to find exercises that I am looking for because of the way the app is laid out. There are plenty of programs or stoked stacks as Kira calls them to choose for your workouts. I am grateful that Kira has developed her program in app that is accessible through the App Store. I can watch the videos on my smart tv via my phone or on my laptop. The stoked gear is travel-friendly which leaves no excuses for getting in your workouts when you are not home. I turned 50 a month ago and am in the best shape of my life due to using the Kira Stokes app.

  • Incredible!

    You can tell that Kira is doing exactly what is was born to do. She always has new moves and is extremely detailed in teaching you how to do every move and that helps you get the most benefit for your time. It’s an incredible app with a wonderful trainer! I’ve worked out my entire life and was needing something more challenging and different, so this has been perfect for me! She also works new muscles that I don’t think to work! And lastly, my knees and hips had started to hurt during my running at around mile 3. I started doing these workouts and can run 7 miles with no knee or hip pain now! So very thankful for Kira and this app! Thank you for doing what your were meant to do, we are all benefitting so much from it!

  • Best functional fitness app ever!

    I love these workouts! They challenge my body and build functional fitness like no other! They are challenging, but leave me feeling stronger, and energized! I love Kira’s positive energy and how she always reminds us to “take a moment and be grateful for the ability to move and challenge our body, cuz it is truly a gift”. Well, Kira, I want to take a moment to be grateful for YOU...cuz YOU are a gift to the world! Thank you!! ❤️

  • Love it even more than I had hoped I would!

    The Kira Stokes Fit App is extremely well organized and very user friendly. I have most appreciated that she has several 7 day plans for all levels. I used the three beginner weeks for 9 weeks and then moved onto the intermediate level. I am definitely gaining strength and muscle tone in ways I never have with other workouts. I also like that it’s easy to add onto workouts as you have more time one day or want to add a certain kind of workout like a 15 minute cardio jump rope or target a specific set of muscles. The other thing I really like is Kira tells you how to move your body and what it should feel and look like, helping to truly learn form. Such a great investment for me!

  • Amazing!

    I love this App! Kira is awesome, motivating and challenging! I have been working out for 25 years consistently. I love all forms of strength training, HIIT workouts, core, kickboxing, and cardio. I was looking for something new and this was exactly what I needed. I am 46 and I know how much I need strength training. So many of my videos use heavy weights and I find it boring and repetitive. Kira’s strength training with the bands, light to medium weights and the ball are so good. She creates these circuits that keep you moving but also allow you to repeat an exercise again with more precision! I started this app with the 7 day FREE trial and after day 2 I knew I was hooked! Thank you Kira for reminding us that it is a privilege to be able to move our bodies and stay active!

  • I love everything about this app!

    There is so much to love here. I love Kira’s energy and positive attitude. I love that she programs the workouts so that the moves compliment each other. I love how smart she is and she uses science backed programming. I love having the ability to choose one long workout or stacking shorter segments. Some days I love and need cardio, some days my body says no to that, and I can get a great strength workout. Some days I don’t feel like deciding, so I work one of her 20 plus day programs. It makes all the decisions for me and I am thankful for that.
    I have been using this app for just about a year and I still find new things to do. I never get bored.
    I am sure I left something out, but I need to do my workout now, so I will finish by saying if I could give it 10 stars I would. It is that good.

  • Weirdly organized.

    Workouts are great but the set up and organization on how to find each is not good.
    If you are a true beginner than this workout series is not for you!
    The beginner section is very hard.
  • The Stoked Way is the Only Way

    I have always been an at-home workout person. I have tried it all, even Beachbody, which I loved until I tried Kira Stokes! She is much more efficient, not only between reps and sets but also her method of exercises (the stoked method), all movements even transitions working into the next. No movement is wasted, its all well thought out so you get a full workout in the time you have! She has PLENTY of exercises to choose from so you never get bored, from quick warm ups or movement snacks as she calls it, to endurance, strength or burn outs at the end of your workout. If you have 10 min or an hour, she gives you no excuses because she gives you so many options! There are calendars to choose from but also tons of videos you can choose from to create your own schedule. Lots of new videos each month. Highly recommend Kira Stokes!

  • Has changed my body and my life!

    Kira’s program is one of a kind, in that it can look different for everyone. I choose what I want to work and how much time I want to spend doing it, and there is a perfect selection of videos to fit. Kira’s energy and cuing make the her program so easy to follow and so 👏🏻 much 👏🏻 fun 👏🏻! I started using this app 2 years ago, looking for something to build strength that I could mix into my mostly cardio routine. It wasn’t long before I realized that this program incorporated everything I needed, and that I could stop killing myself with long runs and hours on the elliptical machine. Kira’s scientifically backed programming has made me so strong, and her positive mindset and encouragement and her community make me look forward to showing up every day. The key to fitness is finding something you enjoy so that it does not feel like a burden. I have found that here, for sure!!

  • Best Workout Routine

    This is my favorite app! I love Kira and have followed her on IG for several years through Candace Cameron Bure. I got the app over a year ago and have consistently used it since and it’s become my life. I take it on the road with me and to the gym or at my home & it works everywhere! I love the variety of workouts to choose from & how Kira explains everything so you know what to do and if you’re doing it correctly. I’ve seen a massive transformation in my body and my desire to workout has increased. My only thing is I wish there was a section for me to build my workout and add the ones I want for the day so I can just hit play and let the workouts go on their own instead of having to search for them (kinda throws the flow off a little bit if I don’t have them downloaded and ready) other than that this app is so worth it.
