The Stoked Way is the Only Way
I have always been an at-home workout person. I have tried it all, even Beachbody, which I loved until I tried Kira Stokes! She is much more efficient, not only between reps and sets but also her method of exercises (the stoked method), all movements even transitions working into the next. No movement is wasted, its all well thought out so you get a full workout in the time you have! She has PLENTY of exercises to choose from so you never get bored, from quick warm ups or movement snacks as she calls it, to endurance, strength or burn outs at the end of your workout. If you have 10 min or an hour, she gives you no excuses because she gives you so many options! There are calendars to choose from but also tons of videos you can choose from to create your own schedule. Lots of new videos each month. Highly recommend Kira Stokes!

Has changed my body and my life!
Kira’s program is one of a kind, in that it can look different for everyone. I choose what I want to work and how much time I want to spend doing it, and there is a perfect selection of videos to fit. Kira’s energy and cuing make the her program so easy to follow and so 👏🏻 much 👏🏻 fun 👏🏻! I started using this app 2 years ago, looking for something to build strength that I could mix into my mostly cardio routine. It wasn’t long before I realized that this program incorporated everything I needed, and that I could stop killing myself with long runs and hours on the elliptical machine. Kira’s scientifically backed programming has made me so strong, and her positive mindset and encouragement and her community make me look forward to showing up every day. The key to fitness is finding something you enjoy so that it does not feel like a burden. I have found that here, for sure!!

Best Workout Routine
This is my favorite app! I love Kira and have followed her on IG for several years through Candace Cameron Bure. I got the app over a year ago and have consistently used it since and it’s become my life. I take it on the road with me and to the gym or at my home & it works everywhere! I love the variety of workouts to choose from & how Kira explains everything so you know what to do and if you’re doing it correctly. I’ve seen a massive transformation in my body and my desire to workout has increased. My only thing is I wish there was a section for me to build my workout and add the ones I want for the day so I can just hit play and let the workouts go on their own instead of having to search for them (kinda throws the flow off a little bit if I don’t have them downloaded and ready) other than that this app is so worth it.

Love it!
Pick and choose. Feel strong and toned. LOVE the verbal cues!!! Mind+ body connection. Love the new addition of picking a workout based on the time. So much easier for a busy to figure out which one I have time to do.
Best Workout App Ever!!
Discovering Kira Stokes and her workouts have been a true blessing during the pandemic. I see no need to join a gym again, under current circumstances, Kira’s workouts are effective and challenging. She releases new material/workouts regularly and generally is all around amazing.

Very good fitness app - for intermediate to experts
Great exercices and variety. It may be good to have a serious basic fitness and/or to have a normal body shape. I am 6ft 7in and some of the body weight exercises are unfortunately too hard for me. Nevertheless one of the best exercise apps out there
Best Fitness App
Love this App. Best Fitness App - I recommend for all levels . Love there are short and longer programs giving the user great flexibility. Kira is a great trainer who gives precise instructions and explanations. I find it very motivating and would thoroughly recommend.
Excellent Options to stay fit and tone
I am an over 50 working mom, so I love the short but intense workout options. I used to be addicted to cardio and never thought running less than 6 miles on my workout days was even worth the workout. Using Kira’s app has taught me that strengthening, toning and focusing on mobility is just as powerful as the cardio. My body has never looked stronger. It’s also more enjoyable- I started to dread my workouts. Sometimes I’ll do a 20 minute class in between meetings a couple of times a day and then sometimes I can pick a longer class when I have more time. It’s been hugely helpful during covid since I can do the workouts in my living room!

Love. This.
I have worked out my whole life. I’m in my 50s now and I had started getting nagging injuries that never really healed. I thought that maybe my body was trying to tell me something, maybe I should just stop working out and just power walk. I first heard of Kira through following Candace Cameron Bure and did the workouts that she posted on insta. Then I started following Kira and doing the moves she posted. So I got the app finally and my body thanks you! No more nagging hip flexor pain. The various work outs and creating ‘stacks’ are so fun. And LOVE the Body Shop. That has made a huge difference, I realized that my body needed a real wake up before diving into the work out. And some days the Body Shop is all I need. I actually do the full body stretch every morning. Thank you Kira!!
