  • Such a useful app

    She has workouts to cover lazy days and fit days - really do love her optimism and enthusiasm and the Gary special appearances! She’s made skipping so much fun and I love how I feel after her workouts
  • This app changed my life

    This app truly changed my life. My gym closed during the pandemic, and I stopped working out for a while. I was searching for a safe way to exercise and I found this app through Instagram. I was apprehensive to use an app- I wasn’t sure that the videos would provide enough instruction for a beginner like me, but Kira is great at giving directions and reminders throughout the workout. She also gives modified moves that are beginner friendly. This app got me through the pandemic, and I feel stronger and more confident. Kira’s positive attitude shines through the videos and makes me look forward to exercising! Her workouts are also so fun! Even with gyms opening back up, I decided to stick with this app instead. Thank you so much, Kira!

  • Get #Stoked

    I decided to cancel my gym membership during the pandemic. Honestly I wasn’t #Stoked about replacing it with an app program. I am so glad I did. What I learned was that this was so much more than a series of workout videos. Kira’s perfectly curated programs teach you how to push, yet listen to your body. Every movement has purpose that helps you infuse strength and focus into the workout…and life. And my favorite part is that I always feel like I’ve challenged myself without pushing my body to the level of unnecessary soreness. Why did I use to do that?! Kira gets it. This isn’t about just about closing rings on your Apple Watch, although that’s great, too. It’s about helping you move through life as your strongest energy-making self.

  • Best app for at home fitness!

    I absolutely love this app. There’s so much versatility. You can either follow along with the program, or you can create your own stack. Workouts range in length this time as well, so I can fit into my schedule no matter what Outlook is throwing at me! Sometimes if I know I’m running short on time, I’ll grab a 10 minutes or less work out and then when I have more time later in the day grab a few more to complete a routine for the day. You can also pick up a workout based on your bodyweight, sliders, bands, or dumbbells. I love the versatility and I’m excited to use this app even when I’m out of cell service because you can download the workouts as well! Great job Kirra with this app! Also, Kira is full of positivity, and is sure to motivate you to your goals!

  • Great workouts- almost too much to choose from

    I like the quality and diversity of the workouts. My only complaint (minor) is that the library of workouts is so extensive that it can be difficult to find what you want/need for the moment. It would be nice if the app included a tab for “recently watched”. Sometimes I’ve stumbled upon a routine I really enjoy; but, if I’m not fast at adding to “my list”, I can lose it and it is difficult to find again. I’m still exploring the app, but I think I would also enjoy seeing more of the quick hit workouts (ex 9 min abs, 10 min arms) that can be stacked into longer workouts allowing for even greater workout customization based upon your time commitment or other workouts from the day.

    Enjoy the instruction and educational component of the workouts (good explanation of muscle groups, proper form, etc.). It would be fun to see a session geared specifically to teen girls/athletes. Teens (especially girls) are receiving so many mixed messages about their body, how to prepare properly for athletic events, what is bad stress on their bodies, what is good for overall health and mental well-being, that Kira could fill that gap with a special focus for developing young women.

  • Exceeded expectations

    I’ve been a trainer for over 15 years myself and wanted to try something new. Even trainers get bored. I’ve been following Kira for years and her form and attention to detail with movement has always inspired me. It is no surprise to see this same dedication to excellence in her app. Kira is a teacher and it shows in her workouts. I was concerned about the light weights and cardio based training being too easy because I’ve trained like a bodybuilder for so long, but I was pleasantly surprised. The workouts are not only challenging, but extremely effective in achieving a full body workout that is balanced and calculated. Kira is a pro, the app is easy to navigate and the videos simple to follow. Well done!

  • 100% worth it

    I was already working out at home 5 days a week, but I saw the free trial and thought- eh, why not mix it up. I have switched my workouts completely to this app and it wasn’t a hard choice. I love that these workouts make you feel worked and tired at the time- but Kira is 100% right when she says you make your own energy- I am often super revitalized by the end and ready for more! And even though you feel that wicked burning sensation during the fine tuning you aren’t sore the next day. It’s amazing, I’ve got ab lines I never had before and my arms and shoulders look incredible after only my first 21 day program. I’m a week into my second and I’m loving it and feeling so much stronger than I did when my workouts involved more simple strength training and lifting heavy. Don’t get me wrong, you can lift heavy with this app, but I think you’ll find that your own body weight is amazingly challenging as well. I think anyone who feels like they are “fit”should give the app a try (what do you have to lose, it’s a free trial!) and see if these workouts don’t push you in ways other workouts haven’t before.

  • Best for lasting and safe results

    I have used a number of different fitness apps and programs, but none compare to the form focus of this app. Not only did I get quick results, but I have had no pain or injuries whatsoever, despite working myself significantly harder on this app than I have in the past. The workouts can definitely be challenging, but as Kira says, there is something for everyone. You can modify the harder workouts down or start with more of the less cardio intensive ones to build yourself up. She also has 7 day, 14 day, and 21 day programs within the app so that’s a great place to start. And she gives many suggestions on her Instagram. Overall, cannot say enough good things about the app and the Stoked method. If you’re at all considering it, get it now. You won’t look back.

  • Recommend for beginners and seasoned athletes!

    Update: I’ve been using this app religiously (pretty much every single day!) for about 8 months and LOVE IT! Kira is so fun and the work outs get you pumped and motivated!!! I could not recommend more.

    I’ve been enjoying my 7-day free trial so much I will be continuing to purchase a subscription!! I love Kira’s energy and the workouts I’ve done are simple enough to easily figure out at home, but are EFFECTIVE! I can feel my muscles already getting toned. I’ve been working out for years and don’t consider myself a “beginner” but I do recommend for those who want to switch up their work outs, or need a little motivation/pep in their workout! Would also recommend for beginners too because like I said the workouts aren’t difficult to follow, Kira and others show various levels of modifications and explain things so it’s easy to follow!!
