100% worth it
I was already working out at home 5 days a week, but I saw the free trial and thought- eh, why not mix it up. I have switched my workouts completely to this app and it wasn’t a hard choice. I love that these workouts make you feel worked and tired at the time- but Kira is 100% right when she says you make your own energy- I am often super revitalized by the end and ready for more! And even though you feel that wicked burning sensation during the fine tuning you aren’t sore the next day. It’s amazing, I’ve got ab lines I never had before and my arms and shoulders look incredible after only my first 21 day program. I’m a week into my second and I’m loving it and feeling so much stronger than I did when my workouts involved more simple strength training and lifting heavy. Don’t get me wrong, you can lift heavy with this app, but I think you’ll find that your own body weight is amazingly challenging as well. I think anyone who feels like they are “fit”should give the app a try (what do you have to lose, it’s a free trial!) and see if these workouts don’t push you in ways other workouts haven’t before.

Best for lasting and safe results
I have used a number of different fitness apps and programs, but none compare to the form focus of this app. Not only did I get quick results, but I have had no pain or injuries whatsoever, despite working myself significantly harder on this app than I have in the past. The workouts can definitely be challenging, but as Kira says, there is something for everyone. You can modify the harder workouts down or start with more of the less cardio intensive ones to build yourself up. She also has 7 day, 14 day, and 21 day programs within the app so that’s a great place to start. And she gives many suggestions on her Instagram. Overall, cannot say enough good things about the app and the Stoked method. If you’re at all considering it, get it now. You won’t look back.

Recommend for beginners and seasoned athletes!
Update: I’ve been using this app religiously (pretty much every single day!) for about 8 months and LOVE IT! Kira is so fun and the work outs get you pumped and motivated!!! I could not recommend more.
I’ve been enjoying my 7-day free trial so much I will be continuing to purchase a subscription!! I love Kira’s energy and the workouts I’ve done are simple enough to easily figure out at home, but are EFFECTIVE! I can feel my muscles already getting toned. I’ve been working out for years and don’t consider myself a “beginner” but I do recommend for those who want to switch up their work outs, or need a little motivation/pep in their workout! Would also recommend for beginners too because like I said the workouts aren’t difficult to follow, Kira and others show various levels of modifications and explain things so it’s easy to follow!!

Worth the challenge!
Like many others, I discovered Kira on Instagram! I downloaded the app while completely out of shape and suffering from some chronic back pain issues brought on by bad ergonomics in my work from home environment. Granted these workouts are tough and I can’t always do all of them or quite keep up but I am getting stronger with every session and my back pain is almost gone! Kira focuses on good form and does a lot of movements that are beneficial for us desk workers. It’s like she’s a close friend and her personality is infectious and keeps me going when I am out of gas. Now that I’ve been summoned back into the office I pack a resistance band and try to get in a movement snack. Kira’s focus on gratitude for being able to move has changed my entire outlook on exercise and I am so grateful. Thank you Kira!

Love this app, soo good!

I’ve been an athlete my whole life, and always loved working out. However, after having two beautiful children close together, and busy with teaching kindergarten, I really let myself get out of shape. Last March, when the pandemic began, I had more time on my hands and started trying all different kids of workouts. I actually injured my shoulder a few times during some of them. In April, I discovered this app because I followed Candace. It has changed my life! I’ve lost over 30 pounds, and I don’t dread working out anymore. I’m actually sad if I’m too busy and can’t do it. Whenever anyone asks me how I’ve lost wait, I tel them about your app. I’ve already had two friends start and love it too! Thank you so much for always being positive and sharing your expertise with us all! Whenever I don’t feel like working out, my husband will tell me “you will feel better after 30 minutes with Kira”. I love showing my kids the importance of keeping yourself healthy. They like to yell at my while I work out and make sure I’m “squeezing my cheeks” 🤣. My last piece....I enjoy when Gary pops on, and how you giggle at him. You too are so funny.

Love Kira and her app! So happy to have added this subscription at the beginning of covid. I’ve been a very consistent fan of the 21 day ab challenge and arms fine tuning after peloton rides. I have long wanted to add in Kira’s other programs and just felt intimidated by the time or the multiple classes stacked together - finally I said “I will do this!” and mapped out the length of time each day of her 14 day fully stoked program would take me so I could plan accordingly. Best decision! I would end each day’s workout with taking a look at the next day and get myself set up so that all I had to do is press play and Kira would guide me through. I’m on day 14 today and tomorrow I’ll map out my next program with Kira. Be consistent and you won’t be disappointed with Kira and her content!

Such a positive coach! Helping me get through quarantine!
I fully trust Kira’s workouts and method. What first attracted me to her was her energy and positivity. I really needed a mood boost. I then chose this app because it’s affordable and I (used to) travel for work, so I love the versatility. The workouts are fun, I love that you can choose a full body workout for an hour if you are not feeling inspired to compose your own, or you can mix and match if you are feeling playful. As a weightlifter, I appreciate the simplicity of her setup. She definitely demonstrates that you don’t need a fully decked gym to move your body effectively. I have nothing but good things to say about this workout app. She even “convinced” me to give running another try!

Phenomenal Workouts
I was using workouts provided by another App and they were just not challenging enough. I follow Candace Cameron Bure on Instagram and saw her Kira Stokes workouts and thought I would try them out. I am so glad I did. These workouts are challenging even at the beginner level. However, I am 64 and fully capable of completing these workouts. In just a few weeks I have noticed improvements in my balance and strength. At the beginning, I was unable to perform some of the moves but within a week I could do them all. I would highly recommend these workouts to everyone. I wish I could take one of Kira’s live classes but this is surely the next best thing. She has motivated me to push myself in order to grow stronger and more fit.

Life-Changing!
I've never been a workout-at-home person. Quite frankly, it's been a long time since I've been a workout at ALL person. After seeing Kira a handful of times on Candace Bure's IG feed, though, I figured I'd give the app a shot. Here were a couple of hot-rockin' ladies in their mid-ish 40s, and although it would take me some work to get there, what was stopping me from having a bod like that, too?!? So... I bit the bullet on the 7day trial, and before it was over, I was hooked!
Kira's supremely profesh! Her guidance is well-timed and precise. Her energy and positivity are buoyant when I feel heavy. She never forgets that some of us need modification. These workouts are TOUGH, but I've never felt defeated, despite being very out of shape. On top of all that, the app features new content and challenges all the time! Seriously - I've only been a subscriber for about a month, and there's been new content added several times since I started!
In a month, Kira and this app have taken me from couch potato to crouching tiger (IYKYK!). My muscles feel like they're lit up like Christmas morning every day! Plus, Kira's spirit is really just a joy and... she definitely influences my attitude each day, in addition to my bod!
