    Kira stokes is a genuinely intelligent personal trainer. She understands what it takes to see change and does it in fashion that leaves you feeling absolutely amazing and wanting more!

  • Love love love the app

    Great workout app to build tons of endurance. I have been using the app past three months, love it! Amazing and creative workouts backed by science.

    I have become a huge fan of this app and her workout method. First off all, there is a warm up before any kind of workout in that same video, this means you don’t have to go to another video to do a warmup. Secondly, my upper body strength has increased, my glutes are activated properly, planks are stronger, core is tighter. So much good stuff from coming from just one place. Thank you for saving me during the pandemic! All the love from Kansas.

    Finished my 21 day stoked challenge. So much more definition in my triceps, better form on planks and core has improved so much which helps me lifting heavy. So a big thank you for creating new ways to move the body and keeping it fun!

  • So stoked

    I have only had the program for four weeks but already feel stronger. Just completed my 2nd time through the 14 day challenge and about to hit stoked in 7 2.0 tomorrow. Love love love the workouts. XX
  • Love the verbal cues

    Kira’s app has been amazing during lockdown. I feel so much stronger.
  • Great at home workout!

    I really enjoyed this app when I first got it and kept coming back for another workout because how great I felt after each one. Kira’s cues are very helpful to have proper form and to optimize the movements. She got me excited about at home workout when gyms have been closed during the pandemic.

    I untimely stopped using the app because I felt like there wasn’t enough new content as often as I would like, leaving me to do the same exact workout over and over again. I would also love to have a way to track which workouts I’ve done and on what days like some other fitness apps do, because I’m sure there’s workouts on the app I missed thinking I already done them.

    Overall, I recommend this app to at least give it a try and it could really change your workout routines.

  • Fitness between feedings

    I have 3 kids under 3 years old, so I have to fit in fitness whenever and wherever I can. Sometimes it’s just a few minutes of fine tuning between bottle feedings some times it’s an hour on the rare occasion all the babies are napping at the same time. Kira has developed quite the variety of exercises for whatever time you have for the beginners and the elite. You can mix and match videos lessons for the ultimate workout for YOU and you fitness level. Thank you Kira for your efforts and encouragement along the way in each video. I highly recommend the KiraStokes app.

    UPDATE: this app came in clutch while I was in PICU with my 6mo old a few weeks ago. So thankful for little ways to move in a very limited space (hospital rooms are small).

  • Working out is enjoyable again

    I’m an RN, Certified diabetes educator and my husband and I use to own a cross-fit gym. We had spent years lifting heavy weights and eating just so.

    With 3 kids, 3 jobs and an endless to do list exercise just hit the back burner. From where I had been, in such wonderful shape, I was discouraged every time I would try to workout. Kira’s workouts are honestly enjoyable again! I look forward to my early mornings in the quiet and working on taking care of myself again. I have to agree that she always seems to remind you of your posture as you begin to slip or open your chin when your getting tired. It’s like she is in your living room. I’m STOKED I found her several months ago and hope to continue with her workouts for years to come :)

  • Fantastic! I’m stronger already!

    During Lockdown been lucky enough to do a few ‘kira stoke live classes’ on Instagram and that definitely made me take the plunge and start the app - and I’m strong so for me this is brilliant for really honing, ‘fine tuning’ my strength and I can see results! Which is amazing and not what I did it for. I got it cause I love working out and Kira’s instructions are perfect, easy to understand, you know what muscle group you are working every time and it is Fun! Get fully stoked!

  • Nothing but love for this app and method!!

    I started my ‘Stoked’ journey by participating in the live workouts with Kira hosted by Candace Cameron Bure over quarantine. I knew after the first workout I was I love! I was an athlete all my life, so after going through college trying to re-create my high school sport workouts, I seemed to be in a rut, especially since I wasn’t as active in sports as in high school. My workouts typically resulted in my end-results not being where I wanted, and left me feeling defeated, and quite frankly annoyed because I was putting in the work, but not seeing nor feeling the results.

    I already felt so much stronger after the first few “live” workouts with the several different hosts, and now after getting the app, I am able to be fully stoked! I love the mindfully put together workouts. I FEEL so much stronger, which to me is more important that seeing the results: but I am also seeing the results so it’s a win-win! I am excited to continue my stoked journey.

  • Never going back to the gym

    I used to be a strict gym rat who believed I would never be able to get the same caliber workout at home. However, when COVID forced me to find a way to exercise at home, Kira’s app changed all that. I had followed Kira on Instagram and knew of her classes in NYC, so I signed up for a free trial and absolutely loved it. The workouts are definitely challenging, but there is a great selection of different programs with varying lengths that focus on specific body parts. I love the 7-day programs that provide a daily lineup of workouts for me to do without having to think about it. It’s also nice to be able to just do a few shorter workouts (there are several that are very challenging and only 5-10 mins) when I don’t have as much time. I’ve never had a workout program that is this comprehensive, and Kira is a great instructor. I can’t rave enough about this app!
