It is really a nice app meant for good

It’s really relaxing and I’m so glad that they don’t collect any data on us. Download it I’m sure you won’t regret it.

Love the app! * issues resolved

First of all- well worth every penny- so great. As a person who needs to practice mindfulness to help with my mental and emotional diagnoses it’s a godsend. Sadly, I’ve been running into an issue for when I’m trying to open the app it stays on the first screen that’s just a picture of their icon- please fix this as soon as possible, the app deserves every bit of 5 stars!

First of all, thank you for reaching out so quickly and kindly! Second I was able to fix the app, likely something on my end- so relieved to use it again. Part of my daily recovery and therapy. If your thinking about getting the app, DO! Worth every penny.

Hi Gneux! Thank you for the kind words. We're so glad to hear that we're able to help you in your mindfulness practice and apologies for the issues you've been experiencing. Our recommendation would be to update the app from the App Store and if that doesn't work, try deleting the app and re-downloading (double check login email before deleting as that can cause confusion on re-login). We hope this helps! Please let us know if there is anything else that we can do for you. Happy journaling! 🌻☀️

Not bad!

Have only used it once, but it’s a neat idea.

I would like to suggest adding “overwhelm” to the list of emotions, as I think it’s quite common and also “hobbies” to the list of activities.

The voice recognition isn’t as tight as I’d like it to be, it gets a lot wrong, but I can understand it’s not an easy thing to fix considering the amount of accents and dialects out there (I’m British and say things like “wanna” for “want to”)

I think I’ll just stick to the voice logs, but worry a little about privacy.

Theres also a limit to the amount of self-care options, not real meditation (5, 10, 15m options) and what’s there doesn’t have any sound.

Overall not bad, but definitely room for improvement.

Stuck on the loading screen

I got a new phone and was trying to log back in to my account and well…I’m stuck on the loading screen. I’d like to get back to my info because I really liked the app before.

Making journaling more accessible

As someone who journals quite often, I love that Kintsugi is offering an alternative when I’m possibly on the go and don’t have my notebook with me. The ability to truly speak stream of consciousness is amazing. I’m most excited to see what trends and additional insights the app uncovers for me, as I continue to reflect and grow.

I do want to report a bug I experienced, whenever I tried to add / remove a tag post saving the recording, the app would shut down.

Hi Megk1401! We're honored to be able to part of your growth. Wishing you the best on your mental health journey. 🌻☀️ Additionally, thanks for the feedback. We've since resolved the bug above and you should be able to tag your journal entries without the app shutting down 🎉.

Helpful App

I find this app to be deeply profound for my mental wellness. It has contributed in a meaningful way to my life. Thank you for making this helpful service available to us.

Just what I needed!

I really love the aesthetics and the purpose/mission of this app. There are far too many people who struggle with wellness on a daily basis and this is a convenient way to check-in with yourself. I love the mindful breathing exercise and appreciate the surveys that ask me questions about my levels of depression/anxiety. I hope many others would see the value in this app and find much healing through it!

Wonderful app, great journaling and mental health tool.

Great for those that aren’t writers and would prefer to talk. This is such a great tool for measuring my mental health. Gives me an idea for when I should be focusing more on myself. 💕

Love The Name of the App!!!

I’ve never used any meditation apps or anything of the sort before. I frankly thought that one should be able to process and reflect their emotions critically without the help of an app. At first glance, the questions from some of the activities felt repetitive but they were surprisingly comforting. Because honestly, how often are you asked any of those questions by peers or family? You don’t have to explain much and it created room for self-reflection. Also, there were many exercises that helped me open up. And I found myself enjoying spending the time writing down how I felt. You get to read how people in different communities are feeling. Some may be experiencing something similar and I found many to be truly uplifting! It cheered me up to find other users expressing themselves on this platform and feeling confident for what was in store for tomorrow. It seems the use of Kintsugi was impacting their daily lives favorably. Kintsugi is a beautifully designed app that is simple to use and should be your next download ASAP. Just remember to breathe and reflect for 5 minutes and maybe even verbalize it using the app’s voice journal. I highly recommend using this app.
