Had several bad experiences at the casino, the slot machines never hit I’ve lost thousands playing here, I have better luck at Cherokee casino and creek nation casino than at Choctaw. If you go and win 100 best to walk out because the machine won’t hit again.
App doesn’t work
I have been using this app for a while. Now all of a sudden you can’t even login. It keeps giving the “sorry an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. “ I might just say screw Choctaw and head to Windstar, I have heard the payouts and everything is better there anyway.
Bad app
Always getting log in errors and it’s vey frustrating when you are there and wanting to check you progress to level up ! Rewards club always has an excuse and then when you’re not there it works when it wants too ! You think they could afford to hire a competent app developer to make one that works properly ! Even deleting and reinstalling doesn’t work !

APP Isn’t working
I can not see any of my rewards. I log out and back in and they will flash and then go away. Anything I click on crashes the app. Please fix

This app was fine until it was updated. Now you can’t see rewards, offers, or tier credits. Please fix this!
Choctaw app
This app used to work great. Now it takes forever for it to update the rewards etc. sometimes it never updates your status.

Hate the Update
I used to like this app. When it updated in February, it’s not the same. I was able to see on the old version, exactly how many tier credits I needed to get to the next level and now I can’t see that. Also, my rewards appear only when they want to.
