Updated App is glitchy.
I loved this App until they put out the new version in February. Now that I’ve updated, my offers & awards keep disappearing even though they haven’t expired. Very frustrating!
What have you done to the app?
I used to be able to see my rewards. Now I can’t see anything. How hard could it be to manage an app this simple? Fix it.
The app is terribly developed
The interface is not compatible with iPhone I can only see a quarter of the screen,

App stuck
I’m having a problem with getting out of the promotion page on the app. I clicked on it and have gotten out of the app and restarted it but it remains stuck on promotions. Please help.
Won’t even download
Sad when you develop an app and it won’t even download.
Poor performance
App does not update regularly. Promotions are few and far between. Graphics freeze and sometimes just don’t load.
App works great as of 2022, old reviews are irrelevant
Lots of old reviews are bringing bad light to this app because it works pretty well as of June 2022 but can be kind of slow to respond to input sometimes. Easy to check your rewards status and any food credits and free play promotions you have. Is a perfect companion app if you visit the Durant location.
I do have a suggestion that I think would be an awesome implementation after bugs are fixed and the app runs smoother:
- add option to check in/ add name to list at popular restaurants
- allow us to view hotel reservations from the app, check in/out, and show room status
- allow valet and bell desk verification to be viewed/saved in the app
- add an option in the pathfinder section to display a random slot game to play based off filters like denom or manufacturer.

Love the map and how easy it is to find my way around the property. The wifi is fast too!
