    Very often the app only buffers, and will not connect. Other times it doesn’t even buffer, just has a header, and a blank bottom screen.
    I am tired of rebooting my phone, and deleting, and reinstalling the app. This is not worth my time.

  • App is Great When it Works

    Very intuitive when it works. The only problem is that sometimes and recently almost every day I am unable to send my vitals because the prompt is not there. I have deleted the app at least ten times but to no avail.
  • Crap of an app

    This app has so many problems I don’t know where to start. I have had to turn my phone off and on, delete the app and reload soooo many times that I can officially label this app as crap! Now it won’t even load T all. I’m done with vividly!
  • Not really what I expected.

    Very simple app to follow. The only issue I have had is connectivity. I have to delete then reinstall every time I use it. Gets monotonous.
  • App won’t load daily

    Almost every day I have to delete the app and reload, because when I go for my daily check in it just gives me a twirling figure. Ver frustrating. I shouldn’t have to go through this.
  • Keep freezing

    Would give it a 5 but every time I pull the app up it freezes, so I to restart my phone and I still have to wait for the app to stop going in circles.
  • Too limited

    I had to sign up for this app for my work. Being sick with COVID, I have to check in twice a day selecting my symptoms. There are only two pages of symptoms to go through. With this limited list I can only pretend and mark one that is somewhat close, like “cough” when i try to clear the pressure on my chest. That is not really a cough, but it’s the only thing I can mark. How about “headaches”, “Sinus Pressure”, “Sneezing”, “lost of taste”, “lost of smell”....actual COVID-19 symptoms?!
    At least have a write in option!
    This is a waste of time and filling it out makes me only sound like I am doing fine, when in fact the sickness is progressing without proper monitoring. That’s actually more harmful then good!

    Received a bill from my doctors office for this service. It will be contested. I thought I was helping the greater good by documenting my daily symptoms regarding covid on this ap. I was never informed that I would be charged for this service.
  • Is not working

    I was using this with my united healthcare nurse and it stopped working. It won’t open. Tried to delete it and open a new app and it won’t let me open a new one.
  • Can’t update.

    I keep getting a message to update the app, but there is no update when I follow the link. Don’t want to uninstall and reinstall cause everything will be lost. Also the app moves slowly from screen to screen.
