  • Still can’t update the app

    It wants me to update the app but Apple store has no update available for it?
  • For the love of god.

    Only using this as I am required by work right now. Not only is the app slow, you have to log your info during the day? I am continually getting messages when I am sleeping considering I work at night but apparently we’re only on your clock. I know it’s inconvenient to work nights (hello, been doing it for 7 years) but it’s also really inconvenient to be awoken daily by your messages at 2 pm to do literally anything. Every singe afternoon I wish that telemarketers would call your staff at 2am just to redeem me.
    It’s also inconvenient for the apps functionality to be the way it is. It’s 2020 people. Let’s upgrade your processing or find a new tracker. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

    Hi! We apologize that your experience is not a positive one. Many of our healthcare partners are using this app for helping people monitor themselves for possible COVID-19 exposure and symptoms. You can contact your care team who have the ability adjust when your scheduled pathways reminders are sent to you to avoid interruption to your sleep.
  • Can not update app.

    App is asking me to get new version. App store only has same version. Am unable to continue recording my health progress.

    I live in Holly hill Florida I use to send my o2 temperature and pulse in two times daily. I was told to update my app but it just shows a circle all time
  • VIRUS.

    This app concerns me. I’ve never left a review for an app but I have legitimate concerns. since downloading this app, contacts in my phone book now have “vivify heath” added in their contact card. Instead of “video” or “FaceTime” as an option underneath the video icon, it reads “vivify health”. Seems sketchy and I deleted it

  • Good Idea

    I think this is a great idea and if my temperature is abnormal, I receive a chat message from Vivify. (Ie-don’t take oral temp right after eating cold watermelon) 😉 It would be nice to have the ability to access my recorded daily temperatures like in a spreadsheet and any other information that is recorded.

    Can’t update app as requested. Will only allow me to open the app.
  • Can’t update app

    Keep getting a reminder to update app in the program and there is no update!!
  • Frustrating

    I agree with previous review. Can’t update. Keep getting msg to update and just going around in circles. Also agree too many questions. Same ones over and over. Might be better every other day or so. Also have to keep turning off phone and turning back on almost every day as program won’t load. Very frustrating

    Thank you for your feedback, barbyesp. There was a delay in availability of the update until June 30th but you should be able to see the update in the App Store now. If you still experience any loading issues please let your care team provider know so they can create a support ticket for us to investigate further. We definitely do not want your healthcare to be a frustrating experience!
  • Upgrade info:

    Because I have my iPhone set to automatically install updates when I was instructed to, I found the update process had already occurred! Excellent!!
