    Have to reinstall it to use it!
  • What a joke!

    Totally agree with Sour_Patch_Kid. Had issues signing on to this app and have not yet been able to respond to requests to update my state of health. Fortunately my health is in a better state than this app. Don’t waste your time downloading.

    Doesn’t open half the time though the text reminders are incessant!! Waste of time questions - if this is not monitored I really doubt anyone is checking my input for accuracy.

    Only one star for pretending to be an app. You have to upload it to use it twice a day . Would rather use pin and paper that way it always works.
  • Unfortunately “pin” never arrives, any it’s unusable without it

    Tried to use it, however over half a day has passed and the pin that supposedly the application would send to my email has not arrived.

    Ran a fever today, went to fo my daily vivify snd coukdn’t access it. Tried to enter my passcode and it wouldn’t accept it. It said I woukd be sent another but it never arrived. Don’t kniw if this will even entrr!

    Your app is super slow, it doesn’t prompt me in the evening, and in the messaging it doesn’t send my messages to my nurse! You need to fix this if you want this to be a medical app for a COVID-19 tracker! This is just crap! Every single day my nurse has to contact IT to fix it and she shouldn’t have to!

    I’ve been using this app for a few days. Everyday ,I have to uninstall and install the app. Otherwise, it doesn’t function properly. Today, I uninstalled and installed 3 times. I still cant get this app started working. I am going to give up.

    So. Many. Notifications. I turned off notifications, still got them. I deleted the app, and they kept sending me text messages. I said stop, they said I was unsubscribed, then sent me another text from the same number telling me to check in. I blocked the number, then they called me to tell me to check in! So annoying. Cut the cord, you stalker app.

  • I agree with sour patch kid this app is junk

    I was exposed to Covid 19 and this is AMR way of handling it. Just fact. I have to restart my phone every time I use this application. I get notifications that when I call in they can’t explain why I am getting but they reccomend to unistall the app and then reinstall it
