  • Having same frustratio

The same thing is happening to me. Is this app supposed to update?
  • Update message

Other than the fact that I keep getting a message that says I need to update the app only hours after installing it. It seems to be working fine and I’ve already had a communication with a healthcare worker.

Thank you for your feedback, hvtgjvfrdgjf. There was a delay in availability of the update until June 30th but you should be able to see the update in the App Store now. Please let us know if you have any problems in updating the app.
  • They will not turn off text messages

I no longer use the app...mainly because it doesn’t really do much of anything that’s useful to me. I’m just giving them data about me and only benefiting them. So I asked them to turn off the incessant daily text reminders even after I stopped using the app. So then they made them every two days. It took several messages for me to finally have them turn off texts completely.

I am sorry you had a bad experience with our app, Kris. I can assure you that Vivify does not collect any of your data and only passes your responses to your health care team. I would love to look further into why you were receiving so many text messages; typically it is limited to only a morning and afternoon reminder. If you would be willing, please notify your care team member to enter a support ticket so we can investigate further.
  • Can’t update app

I keep getting a message that I need to update the app by going to the App Store. So I click on the link and it just opens the old App - and I get the update message again. If I go to delete the app to download it again, I get a message that all my data will get lost. So I can’t figure out how to update the app. Very frustrating.
Also, too many unnecessary clicks required to report daily.

  • Ehh

Takes forever to load even with great wifi
  • Keeps crashing

Several times the app freezes while loading. I’ve had to delete and reinstall it, then sign back in. Eventually I’ll just give up because a public health app really should have basic stuff like this worked out.
  • Knee jerk response, poorly designed app

It would make data collection a lot easier if I didn’t have to redownload the app every time I get exposed. The UI is poor at best.
  • Poor implementation

I have to delete and reinstall the app for each new program instead of having the app automatically updating.
  • Too invasive

The daily text reminders to check in are very annoying especially since I have already indicated that I have no symptoms. Why am I required to log in every day and answer the same question? There should be options to turn this off. Uninstalled as a result.
  • Too Many Clicks

This app serves a purpose. I signed up for COVID19 tracking, as I want to do my part. However, it takes 3x more clicks to get through a checkin than it should. I mean, give me a back button instead of making me click No and then Next! And after I enter my temperature! And too many info-only screens that I don’t need every single day. Please, give the UX more thought!
