I used the Diem service to move some very heavy things around the house and clear out my garage for the winter.
Contacted the service via the app for the first time in the morning and before I knew it two guys showed up at my door - a few minutes ahead of time - eager to help me out.
After about 45 minutes of hard work the job was done.
The two young men were very diligent, polite, extremely well behaved.

Beware of using plumbing services
I made the mistake of asking the diemer who was assigned the job, to go and buy the parts necessary for the fix. He then started a treasure hunt across canada for the necessary parts without taking permission for the extra time from me. Its 50$ per extra hour mind you. Ended up paying 200$ extra and then learnt that he couldn’t find the part so has made a temp fix, which in his own words “not sure how long it will hold”. Good job and thanks for nothing i guess
