Horrible! Hired them twice but they never deliver
I hired them to clean my empty house twice. And both times the place looked like it’s totaled untouched, dirts everywhere and soap skunk in the bathtub.
My house stager refuse to move furnitures into my home because how dirty it was after they cleaned it twice.
When I talk to customer service they were like, we can give you 30% off for the next time you hire us to make up for it but won’t do anything to remedy this and claim that they charge by hours not by the quality of the job. I was shocked to get that answer
They even double charged me on the first time, such a hassle to work with them

Snow removal
I had a very positive first experience with Diem. I had been searching for someone to shovel snow for me after the big storm. I had previously hired two people and neither showed up. After downloading the app and scheduling the job, two people showed up at my house the same day at exactly the scheduled time. I have a north facing lot and the snow on my driveway was DEEP. The couple who completed the job were fast, efficient and very personable. I will most likely be using the app again in the future.

Beware fraud!!
This is a fraud, they will send random people that are not your Diemer and have not been background checked. They do not complete the work and they will charge you no matter what. Once they close your job (even if you confirm that the work was never done) it becomes impossible to get anyone on the phone in any way. They will not respond to your disputes or give you anything but an automated email response that doesn’t do anything. BEWARE strangers will come to your home and you will pay for it no matter what they do there.

Terrible experience
My first time using this app and I had to file a dispute. Diem demanded that I prove the damage “beyond a shadow of a doubt,” which is a pretty high bar unless you are video recording the entire job. I tried Task Rabbit after this for a different job and had a great experience with them instead. I would never use nor recommend this app again.

Good first experience
I had kitchen faucet leakage in my rental unit, I placed one hour order a night before and next day afternoon job was done. Handyman/plumber contacted me that morning and picked up parts from Home Depot on the way to rental unit. Overall good experience.

I manage an apartment building and needed an apartment to be cleaned on short notice this app was advertised and I’m so glad they used it it worked really well. The woman who did the cleaning was very prompt and courteous to communication was excellent throughout. Looking forward to using the app in the future

VERY IMPRESSED!!! FINALLY!!
I hired 3 companies to mow my lawn before I hired Diem. I had a horrible experience with all 3. I decided to give Diem a try. I hired them at 9:30pm and got a confirmation around 9:45 telling me that they received my order. I wasn’t expecting that since it was already late. Then I get an update at 10:30pm telling me my Diem would be here the next day at 5pm. Wasn’t expecting that either. It took the other companies 3+ days to show up to my house after I hired them. Diem showed up the next day after I contacted them late the night before. This was too good to be true! It wasn’t!!! I didn’t even know they showed up the next day. They were that fast. Not only were they fast.... out of the 4 companies I hired to mow my lawn, Diem by far did the best job. Not even close. Very impressed with this company! Highly recommend. In less than 24 hours from hiring them, my lawn was mowed and it looks awesome. Not using anyone else going forward.

Diem Saved the Day
Diem came through when everyone else failed! Better than the other task related apps. Easy to use but be careful to tip your Diemer before you hit “complete the task”. Will, for sure, use them again!

I was “Iffy” about using an app like this. It’s not only safe, but they are also extremely fast, efficient and friendly people to deal with - both the workers and the Diem people. They are right on time, and they make sure you are completely satisfied with what was done before leaving. I highly recommend “”Diem””, I know I will be using this App more often.
