Job well done
My experience with Diem was a very good one. I requested for my kitchen and bathroom to be made spotless and the Diemer did just that. The app is very easy and convenient and the communication is very helpful. I will definitely recommend and book in the future.
Amazing hard workers
Landon and Shawn were the best! They worked really hard and quickly. We could not have been more impressed with this company and these two movers!!

Gave it a try. 1st request for help went it quick. 2nd took app 4x to get app from erroring out. Interestingly, same person picked up 2nd job for different service. No pix of them on profile. Thats not how I understood why I had to post a pick. Assumed for safety. Person came with help for first job-late. Absolutely destroyed 4000$ of property. Their "helper" verbally attacked the manager of my property building because they asked her to wear mask. B4 time up, I said politely they can be done. Sent them away in fear. They have my addresses phone name. I clearly went in to cancel the cleaning order and when i clicked cancel it "completed" order. Contacted Diem for correction-12days later no response. It is even terrifyingly worse when u google the number of the person. The app is not reliable the people that I experienced are dangerous and Diem is unresponsive

App has too many issues
I really tried diligently twice to book housecleaning and each time once I input my address, it takes me back to the menu screen and no booking. The first time it wanted me to make account after I entered alllll the information I wanted for cleaning and so I re-did my request and at the end I had to keep correcting my address and then I submit and viola! back to the main menu. I give up. I don’t want the service anymore. It’s very annoying to set up and keep starting over. After reading the negative reviews on here, I’m over it. Get it together.

Diem is a scam - Beware!
They offer services at a price and connivence that appear too good to be true - because they are. Most of the time, Diem will take your money and not provide any services. Sometimes they will actually book someone to show up for whatever job you requested, but the employee they send has NO VETTING, no qualifications, no experience, and because the app allows complete strangers access to your home address, it’s a hotbed for criminals who will rob you.
If you need further proof that there’s is something strange and off about Diem, have you read the good reviews? Notice how they all look and sound exactly the same? It’s because the developer paid a company to provide good reviews. The very redundant positive feedback in abundant five star ratings are entirely fake.
Avoid this app like the plague. Do not be taken advantage of the way my family and many others have been.

HORRIBLE - BE CAREFUL THEIR CLEANERS WILL STEAL
I can’t believe I just spent $120 for the worst experience of my life. The woman „cleaned“ nothing and my kitchen stank like poo after she left - I have no idea what she used to clean.
After she left I realized she threw away and/or took several things with her including a vacuum and cleaning utensils!!! We had to reorder everything which came to another $100!
I am so furious right now and the app said they’re „investigating“ it but I haven’t heard anything!

So easy!!
Just started a new job and don’t have much time right now to keep up with my apartment. Booked a cleaning service for a great price, the cleaning person arrived on time and when I got back the place looked great!

This app is amazing! I have been trying to find someone to help with gardening and landscaping and junk removal. I had multiple offers within a few hours. The person that came did a great job and was very professional.

I choose the service I want and when I want them, constantly have to correct the address, then after I type all the specific details it wants, it’s asks me (again) to sign in.
Once signed in again, all my work is lost and I have to start over from step one, then again it asked me to sign in.

A truly great service!
I was moving out of my home and wanted to hire someone to help with cleaning. I entered the details of my job in to the app, was quoted a very competitive price, and a couple days later someone was confirmed to do the job. Painless and simple. I’ll definitely be using this service again!
