Doesn’t Work At All!!!
This App won’t load. It crashes as soon as I tap it. I keep deleting and re-downloading it. I’ve restarted my phone multiple times and yet NOTHING!!! Can’t even use the Rosy Pay swiper without the app!!! #furious!!!evechill

I download the rosy app the other day and when I try to open the app on my home screen it kicks me off the app right away. I need to be able to access this for my JOB and it won’t work. I have deleted the app and redownload it multiple times and nothing.jdslfbrldl
Crashes every time!
Every time I try to open this app on my iPhone 12, it crashes and instantly closes. It won’t work at all!!! I’ve deleted and reinstalled to have the same result please fix this!!Trixigirl

Terrible since last update.
The salon I work at uses this salon software, but there have been many times after an update when there are a lot of kinks to work out. This latest update, which was weeks ago, has been very frustrating. The screen gets locked and I cannot scroll up and down, nor left and right on the screen. This is especially frustrating if I am in front of a customer trying to schedule their next appointment, I just have to stand there griping that the system is locked up. I have tried deleting and re-loading the app multiple times but that has not made any difference.Show lessHairmama300

I was very happy with this system. However the last few months have really sucked. The online version isn’t working and the app gets stuck and can’t make my appointments. What is going on? Why am I paying for this service when it’s incompetent.CocoonSalon
