Never worked perfectly
Constant force closes and glitches and then did an update and the app doesn’t even open :( can only view schedules on browser I have called and made aware of issues with no solutions for over 6 months now!!Kelldau
Keeps crashing no star rating
Keeps crashing when trying to open it and I have the latest update.

Constantly crashes, won’t open on iPhone 8
Will not even open on iPhone 8, despite all updates installed. I click and it tries to open and immediately closes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled a few times. Deleting app now.JKQ4
Not the best
Had used square at my previous job & it was MUCH more convenient. This app is more difficult to manage due to it not being “phone” friendly. The system itself on a computer is extremely easy + efficient, however on your phone it does not keep you logged in - even if you select ‘remember me’ EVERY TIME. & 2 minutes later you have to log back in & type everything in all over again. It’s super tiny on the phone so you have to continuously zoom in and out, and rescheduling someone or moving them to a different time throughout the day is more of a hassle than it should be - Splurge for your own sanity and go with square - especially if you tend to have a super busy schedule.Show lessBrookeAlexH

The app continues to crash no matter how many times I re-download itnancyrime
Used to work, just crashes now
This app was wonderful. But they must have done an update and now no matter how many times I delete and re-download, the app immediately crashes when I try to open it. I reached out to the company and they brushed me off. I’m on the latest and newest iOS, so that’s not the issue. Frustrating because the app is a feature included in the $40 a month I pay for this booking system.

Needs improvements
App is laggy and lots of server issues. Multiple clients are getting double charges or not charged at all because of this issue. Aside from that the app itself only shows a few appointments at a time on my I phone making it very inefficient. You have to scroll all over the page to get a better view of your schedule and getting a view of the week is not possible. We won’t be able to continue using this app for checking out clients out if improvements aren’t made.Show lessSyksy16
Don’t like having to zoom out
I would give 5 if I didn’t have to waist time zooming out. I want a quick and easy booking app and that’s literally the only thing that irritates me about it. The less time I have to spend booking the better...kllydntn
Credit Card Swiper
Yay! I can use my mobile swiper from CardConnect on my phone now through this app and there’s no issue with the times on the schedule being off! As long as you have automatic updates turned on and your iOS is up-to-date drag & drop and staying logged in work fine :)IdfkwtfmynameKatie
