Software Needs to be updated soon… please
I was very happy with this system. However the last few months have really sucked. The online version isn’t working and the app gets stuck and can’t make my appointments. What is going on? Why am I paying for this service when it’s incompetent.
app troubles
i love rosy software for my salon but the app gives me way too many troubles. sometimes i cant even log in it will say my free trial is over or just that something is incorrect. i’ve had to delete and redownload the app because of the troubles it gave me on not letting me sign in. please fix this. i need to be able to see the schedule before i go into the salon and i don’t need the hassle of deleting and redownloading the app just to quickly scan over the schedule. please fix!!

Beyond Frustrated
I wish you didn’t have to rate with 1 star to write a review. I can’t make it through scheduling one appointment without getting error message. I’ve called numerous times and get some lame explanation as to why MY app isn’t working. It would help a bit if they acted like they cared but they don’t. This is my business that gets compromised not theirs. Save your money and frustration and get something else. You’re better off with a piece of paper and a pencil.

Love the software, hate the app
I have been using the Rosy software for my salon and it is BY FAR my favorite software that I have ever used for scheduling and running my salon. It does everything that I need it to do and then some. And it’s very user friendly for my clients to book. HOWEVER, the app...it used to work. And then one day, nothing. I have reached out to support and I did what they said to do, but I still can’t get it to work anymore. My phone is a newer model iPhone and updated. When I downloaded the app, after deleting and trying to get it to work, it just won’t open. It would be nice if they would get their app to work. Nonetheless, I love the Rosy salon software, just can’t use the app!

Ugh
This app really needs to be updated. I don’t want to change soft wares but this app is super difficult to navigate. It is not meant to be an app it is set up for a computer so it makes everything on the app super hard. Every time you click out it logs you out and you have to re enter all the info. If not updated soon will have to change apps.

It will not open
iPhone XS Max. App will not open at all. Force closes right when you tap it. I need the app to see my appointments. This is extremely inconvenient. 1 of many issues this app has had. This software is not cheap at all. This is not acceptable.

Worst app
By far the worst app I’ve ever used. I was using salon runner before they changed it to what ever this system is. This app deletes appointments doesn’t save formulas and every time I close out of the app it makes me long in even though I click remember me also You aren’t able to move or change appointments around easily. I’ve never complain about an app before but also I’ve never had an app work this poorly.
