One of the most important updates, here we go: - Now you can enter your intent in writing before each session, set it, breathe and manifest. Your intents will be saved to your notes after each session so that you can keep track of them. - New intent video, new welcome video and new home screen videos. - Social media links and contact with Feodor updated - Unique metronome for your pranayamas with the ability to slow and increase the bpm and added monitor function to hear your breath - Hold function, so that you can set the exact pause on inhales and exhales or both and extend them during your breathing sessions - Increased affirmation recording time to 7 seconds and to 13 seconds on the final affirmation - Session finish meditation bell, to wake you up - Automatic volume fade so that you can easier drift to sleep

New welcome video and some small bug fixes. Remember that you can swipe from right to left on the the compass screen, there you will find more videos and other information. We found that many users, simply don't know about that section. This release has the biggest impact since formula.life itself. New super feature, only in formula.life. You can now record affirmations with your own voice, they are inserted just at the right time during your session, where you are relaxed and open to receive them, you will hear yourself as never before and it will help you change those thought patterns, which are no longer needed in your life. - added geometrical count - added Roman count - Brand new voice guidance with new energy from Feodor, it is now split into 3 different lengths of exhale to adapt to the length of your sessions - Better sound - Volume of the affirmations and volume of the guidance can now be adjusted from within the app - Notes can now be added and viewed while offline. You can use this app anywhere at anytime, however the most exciting way for me is to do the breathing in a dark room and watching the screen from a distance with my left eye whilst doing the geometrical count, after one cycle, I close the eye and do it with my eyes closed. Don't forget, that formula.life needs to be done exactly as it is instructed in the training, otherwise it is less effective. Important to visualise the digits and syllables at the same time as you voice out the counting and don't forget to have fun:) Any feedback much appreciated and please do rate us, it is important for us, without your feedback, we are not able to improve. We updated the video package in the Chinese and Japanese versions, and found a minor bug. Try to breathe the whole formula through the stomach by inhaling and exhaling through the mouth, and then immediately one cycle only through the nose. With your eyes closed. I recommend to do this while laying down, as you might get dizzy. Clench your fists and don't let go, and try not to move your body while you are doing this.
