• Your subscription will be charged to your App Store account upon confirmation of purchase and will be renewed automatically 24 hours before the end of the subscription period if the subscription is not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

This is a juicy update. First, you need to have this one when January 1st rolls around—that’s when Your Gains in Review 2024 goes live in the app!
Second, Santa’s little helper has been busy making Christmas gifts. This update includes:
- Create goals for your body weight and other measurements.
- Saved workouts now highlight personal and yearly records better.
- Muscles worked: tap a row below it to get more detailed stats for that muscle.
- Introducing muscle maps for cardio and mobility!
I don’t normally write reviews but I feel I really need to for this app. First I used this app for almost a whole year, for free. There was never any pressure to sign up nor do they make you put up a credit card to register. The app is very easy to use and rarely has any glitches. There are lots of programs to choose from for every level of fitness. I am 57 and in the best shape I’ve been in for years! Thanks too the staff who run this. Also make sure to scroll through some of the exercises videos, there are some good ones in there.
