New updated version with no call forwarding ability

I cannot believe they dropped the ability to forward the phone with the App. That is why I have this App. You cannot forward the phone using a mobile device now. Please bring back the ability to forward the phone using the App.

App Changes

The new changes take time to change between accounts and get to pay the bill. I have an extra account that Cox set up in error and I want it deleted off my account. There isn’t a clear way to remove it.

Called in because I totally messed up my business account when attempting to forward the phones. Eli not only helped me fix it, but took the time to teach me what I was doing incorrectly and how to make sure I do it correctly in the future! Thank you very much!

Thanks for throttling my speed

I’m still in a contract with cox business internet for another two months but decided to switch to T Mobile 5G home internet since cox was delivering speeds nowhere near what I’m paying for. There’s no excuse for getting less than 10mps if I’m paying for 100mps. I now pay $30 less a month with T Mobile and get speeds up to three times faster. Didn’t expect to get 300mps through my cell phone provider but I’m truly grateful since I need reliable internet for work. Cox does not take care of its customers and I’m happy to have other options in my area now so I’m no longer trapped by their subpar service.
