App Doesn’t Work
You can’t login to the app. I wrote another review, but i guess the company has protection against genuine and negative review

Please make the app compatible with M1 Macs
Currently I cannot get past the login screen of the Cox Business app when running on my M1 Macbook. It displays a "Device Not Supported" message and says my device is rooted, it is not. Please fix.

Great GUI and Support
System is very user friendly and the tech support is great for my area ! I have had a few issues and the service times are a bit slow due to back up orders. Over all great company though would recommend!

I hope I never had the displeasure of needing cox again. The service is awful and the tech-support is even worse. Two days without business email with no end in sight. What an awful way to run a business. What an easy way to put me out of business. Thank you cox
