Disappointed

Good day I downloaded this app very excited to used it as a tool for my Bible study and the offline option was even greater.

It worked for a time, I even downloaded the offline version. But now I have noticed that some books won’t populate, nothing from acts to revelation I have tried it in wifi and used data and nothing works for those books and it keeps telling me offline even when connected to the internet, but I also have it downloaded. I’m just confused lol. I’ll delete and re download and see if that works.

Sorry you have problems. There is a bug in the download function (fixed in next App release). Please delete your downloads. Then, re-download when you are connected to the internet. Storage used should be about 30MB. Please press "contact app support" from bottom of home page and let us know how it went. I truly appreciate the breakdown of scripture with knowledge & wisdom! Thank you! I do wish I was able to make an account therefore having my bookmarks automatically reflect across different devices instead of having to manually bookmark on both devices. Also, having friends and being able to be interactive with others through notes, bookmarks, groups etc could be even better.

Thanks for your suggestions. The next release of the EW app allows you to share bookmarks with your friends. No account needed - just select the bookmarks you want to share with others. Release is currently in test. Hopefully we can earn a ***** review. Blessings as you study His Word.

All Christians Need this App

This app has revolutionised my understanding and love for my Father’s Word. Now I read the Bible with a much clearer understanding. Through the commentaries I dive deeper into my understanding of scriptures which leads to further historical study, further highlighting that the Bible and what it says is true. I recommend this to those new in the faith especially but it can be used by all.

The best companion Bible study

My wife and I truly love this commentary. Pastor Guzik is thorough and clear, and he includes comments from other giants in the world of commentators (and lots of Charles Sturgin). One thing I really like is that he presents opinions that differ from his rather than forcing his as the only interpretation.

There are also audio and/or video files for almost all chapters. This is the best commentary I’ve experienced for anyone wanting to increase the effectiveness of their Bible study and their walk.

I didn’t know…

I’ve been using Enduring Word commentary for the past several months. I didn’t know there was an app until today when a friend suggested it to some of our young people from our church youth group. I immediately downloaded it so I can use it instead of using a browser.

I do have a suggestion. Make a widget for the app as well! I would use it and put it on my phone in order to not have to remember where I put the app.

My goodness, what a gem!

This app has blessed me so much I cannot even begin to explain! It breaks down the bible in such deep and special ways you’d never have thought about. I am so grateful to the Holy Spirit for helping David Guzik to write such accurate and powerful bible commentary, on the ENTIRE Bible! Wow how blessed is that. I am in awe and very grateful to David Guzik for yielding to God’s call and obeying to produce this wonderful material.
