Worst company. Worst App
I downloaded the app because you can’t get through to a human. My account name doesn’t register when I try and pay …so I downloaded the app. I can’t register in there. It just sits there does nothing.

I don’t think you should charge $5 to make a payment this is , before I never paid to use the other company app
Bad business:
We are been charged fees something we didn’t do; My payments are always do after I get paid now they are charging me late fees: This company has no idea what they are doing to us we didn’t ask for this is just happening out of no where: We’re been punished for something we didn’t even know about something has to give this is not going to work: I’m about to take legal action I need answers because something is not right with this picture: In closing you’re better get it together because at the end it’s not going to be good some changes need to be made ASAP: This is not good customer service at all:

I don’t like that login screen doesn’t give the option to use face recognition to log back in also the app doesn’t use the auto fill option from my phone
I can’t get anyone on the phone!
I’ve been calling & calling about my account but when I call there’s no one to pick up. I need someone to answer an email or phone call!
Good app
I was with Atlanta car center, and they switched to Westlake. Their system is a whole lot easier to make a payment on it.

Y’all wanna over charge people for the car on my payments I know I’m not a payment behind so y’all need to see why it’s saying that !! I’ll be so glad when I pay the car off !!

I never miss a payment …
Car capital use to give me a 10 day period after my due date to pay & didnt harass me everyday like westlake does … if you check my history you can see a payment was never missed so it’s no need to call from office & personal cell phones playing to be like someone else . Unprofessional, the car I was leased was a lemon also .
