Do not use this company. Their customer service doesn’t not call back when they say they will and when you attempt to call, you will be on hold for an hour.

Never send invoice or email for payments like EVERY other company does but won’t hesitate to apply a late fee. WORST company I have ever dealt with

They bought my loan, I didn’t choose them, and since they’re a predatory lender as well, I am stuck in a high interest loan on a very old car. Praying on the weak does not make one strong.

This company has told me they are reporting to the bureaus but I have waited almost half a year and they still havnt. I have made all payments and they seem to want to do everything possible to keep me from getting a better loan.

This phone app is sorry I have been a customer of Westlake for three yrs now and every time they up date the app, I have a hard time making a payment because the doesn’t recognize my email address so I have to delete it and start all over again and call for Tec support , and when I call in to pay they charge me 5 Dollars wow. I be glad when I am thru with these people
