Terrible app, very limited in functionality, not helpful at all. What can I say, the company is also terrible quality, so I would expect the same. Really miss being with Coastal Credit before these people bought them out, they had far superior service.
Crappiest car company ever
Keep reporting to The credit bureau that I’m late on payments although I pay early every month. Won’t allow bi weekly payments even tho I’m military and has already cost me to get my car repossessed for no reason.
$5 to make online payment
These people are trash, charging me $5 on top of my payment. They will also spam the hell out of you until you are paperless free with their emails. Can’t wait to pay off my debt to not see this every month. Pigs! Even with this outbreak they have not reached out to their customers!
Not able to log in using the app??
Can’t log in with the app. But regular webpage works fine.

Ease of use
Ease of use is terrible. I’ve been trying to pay this bill for a while and it just keeps giving me an error message
This company is a waste of time will be refinancing soon to get under a new company.
This company makes you pay to put a card on file and to make a payment. This is crazy.
