My bill is do on the 9. Of every month. I be getting phone call on the 3 4 5 about making a payment. I never miss one yet. So now I wait 13 days late to pay them
Bad customer service
I have a issue with my payments, I call 8 times the representatives keep hanging up in my face, i had ask to speak with a manager but HE was the most Rudest compare to the regular representatives ‼️‼️‼️. I really hate the sold my contract to this Company, period .
Too many calls
They keep calling even when is not the payment date annoying company calling like 6 time on the payment due day.

WORST FINANCE COMPANY EVER
These people running the company is inhuman, they are rude, de respectful and much more... if I there was a zero start I will gladly rate them with. They ripped client make you pay more on your finance car than anything, when you make your monthly payment they put all the money toward the interest instead of putting toward the principal or slips the money on both parties. They are just using people to fulfill to need and have a lavish life. Nobody has anything good to say about this Fake company. 😡
