  • Now I Can Look Forward to Aging!

    I signed up for Joint Academy through my Humana supplemental insurance. After 4 months, I can see a marked improvement in my left knee, which suffered torn ligaments 25 years ago. The exercises are not painful, but taxing enough that they feel worthwhile, and you can vary the quantity you do daily. I now do most of them every day (helps boost those exercise minutes for that pesky Apple Watch!).
    Best of all has been the encouragement, advice and support from my personal physical therapist, Candance, who was assigned to me at the start of my membership. She helps make the program more effective, and has been a special bright spot in this process.
    I hope to avoid surgery and shots for my knees, and I believe Joint Academy will help me achieve this goal!

  • Joint Academy, So much help in so little time

    I have been using Joint Academy for over six months. When I started my left knee hurt so bad I didn’t want to go to bed at night as I new the pain I would face trying to get up in the morning. Now, six months later thanks to Joint Academy and my Physical Therapist Lisa Peck, I only occasionally take pain meds and I’m able to again enjoy walking with my wife. I would have never believed that such SIMPLE & EASY exercises would have such extraordinary results.

  • Well, that was pointless

    Downloaded it and go to set up an account, and it’s not even available in my state. Certainly not whenever or wherever. Maybe you should give us the information on where it’s available or maybe even just tell us who is excluded from your “exclusive” app. Waste of time
  • Totally useless glitchy app sign up process

    Impossible to actually sign up due to the completely glitch ridden sign up process

  • Very disappointed

    Sounds like a great service but, Just like others have reported not easy to sign up! Verified my information 4 times and they can’t sync with Blue Shield! Should figure out how to allow you to sign up through the BLue Shield app so you don’t have to contact anyone and it’s already linked! I will probably delete the app and account! Too much hassle!

  • What’s up with this app?

    Too difficult to sign up. You enter your birthdate. It accepts it. Then when you move to the next step it changes the date by one day. So I guess that’s why it won’t work with insurance??????? Very disappointing

  • Totally broken UX

    I’m in the Uk. Downloaded the app but I’m forced to fill in a “zip code” ir all numerical and for the Us. There is No way to sign up otherwise, not even on the web. Horribly bad experience. Not sure who’s you would get customers in this say and age...
  • Too much info required to try it

    Not interested in giving my phone # to them before I can even see if it’s useful.

  • Simple and effective

    Simple user interface and a great way to get physical therapy without having to go to the clinic. On-demand accesses to a licensed physical therapist. Easy to follow exercises.
