  • Superb app for learning parts

I’m an inexperienced singer who can hold a note but need to learn the parts really well to sing in our big choir. This app is perfect for that. Great recordings, easy to use and good instructions when listening.

Also first class customer service. I did a couple of stupid things and they were sorted in no time at all. Highly recommended.

  • Highly Recommended

I’ve used ChoraLine for several years, but am new to the App, which is really easy to use. It’s so convenient being able to access the mp3 files on my phone and iPad as well as my computer. I’ve also had very positive experiences dealing with ChoraLine. They are responsive and always willing to help, answer questions and resolve problems. Excellent products and great customer service!

  • Peter

I’m planning to sing the Messiah at the Albert Hall later this year so need to convert my memory from church chorister soprano to bass! This is perfect to rehearse to. The ability to fade between the voice part to a bassoon as you get more familiar is great too.

    Definitely worth 5 stars!

    Developer Response

Dear Peter, Thank you ever so much for your review and we are delighted ChoraLine is helping you learn your words and notes to sing the wonderful Messiah. In the 'Free Gifts' section in the App you can listen to advice on how best to use the rehearsal recordings available on the ChoraLine App to learn to sing Messiah by Handel. We recommend you firstly use the 'with singer' recording and listen to the words of your voice part (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass) sung (by a professional singer) at the perfect pitch. Follow along in your vocal score a couple of times until you become familiar with the words and music and when you feel confident start to join in. A narrator will help you by calling out your voice part comes in to sing. When you have done this several times then try the 'with instrument' rehearsal recording where your voice part is played at the correct pitch on an instrument (flute for soprano, oboe for alto, french horn for tenor, bassoon for bass). This is an excellent way to improve your timing and perfect your pitch. The narrator will once again guide you and call out when you come in. Learning to sing the Messiah is a real challenge - but if you spend time rehearsing you will get there and we promise you it is a FANTASTIC experience. Our very best wishes from us all at ChoraLine. music@choraline.com
  • Michael Choraline Review

Choraline is an excellent tool for learning choir voice parts. It is easy to use and the voice parts are distinct and clear. The individual part stands out well and is easy to hear. If you do get into problems it is easy to contact them and they provide an excellent service in solving any issues you may have

  • A great way to study

If you’re like me and have a good ear but not the strongest reader, this app is wonderful. Really great way to study. Very thorough and accurate.
  • Great resource!

Very happy with the choral learning files, especially because this particular piece is not available on cyberbass. So far so good!

Also very pleased with the customer service. (Accidentally bought the wrong part, but quickly got a refund.)

  • Coraline is invaluable

I rejoined the choir last year and since then have downloaded three pieces of choral music. Their value to me cannot be underestimated. They have made it possible for me to sing in the concerts with confidence which has added to my enjoyment so much. Thank you for making these recordings available. Also thank you for the assistance that you given me today to successfully download the recording for my latest concert.

  • Excellent resource

I use ChoraLine every season! From Bach to Vivaldi, most of the popular choral works are available for SATB voices. The learning tracks are a time saver, as I can access the parts I need and rehearse literally anywhere. Most useful are the ability to slow or speed up the track. Thank you!
