Hello there, The privates displayed here are not from paying realtors. It's free for brokerages to share their private on Zenlist, and our partners are opting in because they believe their clients should have full access to their inventory (private and public). Agents are paying for the service because they don't want you, the end user, to be the product like what happens on the main public portals. We don't capture leads, our only job is to provide you with a reliable platform to collaborate with your agent. Also, our search is more robust than Zillow/Redfin as we have ALL filters from the local MLS and not just a subset, you don't have to rely only on the search your agent has created for you. Please make sure your app is updated to the most recent version (2.4.4 currently) and set your app store to automatically update the app. We release new features every week so it's easy to get out of date if you don't have it set to automatically update :-) If the update doesn't resolve your issue, please email us directly at support@zenlist.com so we can further troubleshoot and resolve your issue.
