Bad GPS ipgrafe
I have had 4 cars today claim they are at my place and they are not there when i come outside. They are waiting at a completely different location and can’t be directed. Today is the first time this has happened since i have been using this service. Previously the drivers could always find my place. I don’t know if the software has been changed. No translation and copy text
It’s very good application. But the developer hate the foreign people!
In message with a driver there is no translation. Even we cannot copy text to make translation in external application.
For this 2 start for this application but in respect to Yango head company let’s be 4 star.Denant

Drivers do not communicate or cancel in a timely manner
Drivers of this app often accept the ride but never show up. When I contacted them to figure out what the problem is, they don’t respond, resulting in hours of wasted time waiting for response/pick up. Extremely frustrating and I do not recommend this service.

Horrible GPS system
Recently I tried to order a ride to the other part of the city, and I faced a series of problems with the map. First of all, the map didn't show me my position, which is crucial and used in any other taxi app. Second of all, the drivers refused to come to my pickup location since they didn’t know where it was. And last issue that I faced is that the app itself reduced my rating because of cancelation of two rides. Location and pricing
My destination is not visible for the driver so everytime i call a taxi using this app i have to tell the driver the destination. He could’ve just see it on his end and accept me or nah. The back and forth conversation with drivers is tiring. Another issue is the pricing technique it doesn’t add a penny for the extra miles from the destination which the driver goes to drop me to my home.( e.g village streets don’t have location to be pinned) overall good!Show lessUser162300

Terrible Drivers
Good service, when it works. But their drivers are highly unreliable they accept your order then never show up, they just keep driving around hoping that you would cancel the order yourself. Happened to me more than once. Then when you complain to support, they give you a 6 dirham voucher 😂Jyaqoub
Rubbish Yango Support
Nov 11, 2023 I booked a ride which was supposed to cost Rs 762 but surprisingly it came out to be Rs 3160. I contacted the Yango Support immediately and they accepted that it was a problem on their side(GPS problem). We paid the driver expecting that Yango support will get the extra money back from driver and issue us vouchers. But We have been launching complain with them constantly for almost one month and every time they will give different answer, once offered 800 Rs voucher when I paid 2400 extra, once they asked to resolve the matter with the driver, and once refused to pay us anything back … Its the worst ride support app I've ever used.
