Really bad experience
I have try to get some help from this app but they alway denied me the advance the last reason they said is because I don’t have a constant balance of $60 on my bank account everyday. If I was able to hold that amount on my bank account I wouldn’t be needing there help.svale7752

Horrible costumer service when calling in to set up a account
So I recently tried to set up a account and I was denied because I have to be a taxi driver ? But there’s other people with accounts and there not taxi drivers ! I sent them my 3 bank statements to prove I can pay what ever money I use to pay it back ... they didn't even bother to try to work somthing out with me ... worst app ever .. you guys should really look into peoples accounts who’s not real “ taxi drivers “ because there’s some people who created an account that got approved that’s not taxi drivesMarxx Ortiz

You have to go on the website and chat with the automatic receiver
