  • Evolution is a Necessity

I’ve been a loyal member of this app for about 7 years. I used to suggest this app to anyone needing a plan. I like the ease of being able to navigate the workouts and demos she provides. However, I started getting bored with the same workouts ALL of the time. She has a certain set of workouts/exercises in rotation that she mix and matches to create a workout plan. And you’ll find from week to week your doing the same workout from last week or the week prior. Not enough variety! She could have kept me had she added to her content by at least adding a new workout a month or something in programs like Muscle Mission (for example). This would benefit her and members as library would gradually increase for her to choose from when creating weekly plans. So if you’re new, you may like it at first but after about 6 months (if not sooner) you will get tired of the repetitive workouts… which means boring… which means plateau in gains. I promise, do your research it’s better app options out there that’s just as easy to navigate app-wise and a huge variety of workout options. I found one recently and almost felt like I had been getting hustled by this app the past 7 years because their prices are even better than hers. My two cents from a 5-6 day a week gym rat who used her app for years because I was too complacent to research other apps.

  • Used to be very good

I’ve been a user of this app for a couple of years now and it used to be my favorite, esp for someone new to the gym. The interface was clean and easy to use She has video and written instructions for the workout and ability to track progress.

But these past couple of months, I’ve noticed the app is very buggy. My biggest issue is the app no longer saves your progress. So I can’t tell how much weight I lifted for an exercise the week prior. This obviously hinders progressive overload. Other smaller issues are app freezes when you attempt to share that you completed a workout, “history” of workout button doesn’t work, sometimes the app freezes when trying to load the next workout.

I reached out to the developers and although they tried to help ultimately the issue was never fixed. I’m likely going to have to cancel my membership and find an app that can actually save a user’s progress.

  • Good work outs but the app doesn’t track my workout history

I’ve been using this app for years and lately, my app has not been storing or tracking the weight I am using or what I’m done, the workouts I’ve done etc.
  • The app was great until update 2.12.0

I downloaded the app about a month ago and fell in love with it. It was by far the best workout app I’ve used. So I pains me to leave a review this low but with the support I received I felt like I needed to be heard. About two weeks ago the developers rolled out update 2.12.0 and since then the app refuses to work the way the it should. Workouts that use to be there now show “Rest Day”, those that do show up don’t load in correctly and freeze so I have to close out the app and reopen after every exercise.

I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading it. Deleting the downloads. As well as, restoring my membership but nothing worked. I reach out to support and was told just to do everything that I already did. Never wanted to leave the app but nothing is working and I’m fed up.

  • Great fitness app!

I have been using this app for almost a year now with minimal issues, however, I’ve had some problems lately with being logged out and loss of tracking/progress. The workouts also don’t load properly a lot of times which is a bit of a let down. I have loved the 2021 summer challenge, but I wish there were more challenges to choose from.

  • It’s decent

I followed her programs before and the reason I’m giving this app 3 stars is there is some tweaking it needs.

    1. Some workouts that are in the program for a specific day doesn’t allow you the option to switch to an alternate.

    2. If you do have the option it only gives a 1 or 2 choices and if you press it and don’t like the alt it gives you a different option until there’s no option left and can’t revert to the original exercise.

    3. Sometimes the exercises don’t load and you’re stuck wondering when it will load.

I have force quit the app just to restart it and it still does the same thing. Yet, it’s still a pretty good program but those are the only issues I have.

  • Great app for beginners!

I used this app for about a year trying to motivate myself to keep going! I had been lifting for years and 2020 had me in a rut. I ended up canceling my membership because the workouts do not get updated! You should be switching exercises every 6-8 weeks and these were the awe for a year. Plus the summer 2021 challenge is still up, nothing for 2022. Seems like it was built a long time ago and doesn’t get touched more than once a year.

  • Pretty good. Room for improvement

I think the app is useful and the exercise content and set out is great.
Like the macros calculator. That’s handy. I didn’t like the kitchen part and there’s definitely room for improvement. Not many foods can be found on there. Such as egg ( gives meals but not so much if you want to just add a egg )
I would definitely consider using the app over my fitness pal with it being changed to better suit food tracking as well
    Thanks

  • By far my favorite workout app

I started following Iulia on Instagram a few years back. I was in between workout programs and she had advertised her app so I decided to try it out. I haven’t used anything else since. I look forward to my workouts. I love keeping track of what I’m doing and how much weight I’ve lifted. I recently have started using the kitchen / macros part of the app as well and love it. The only thing I can complain about is sometimes I don’t have what I need at my gym to do certain workouts, but the alternatives help and if there is no alternative option I know enough now to know what would work just as well. Like I said I look forward to my workouts and typically look at what my workout will look like the day before and the day of. A lot of workouts will have you do the same stuff over and over but this program is always different so you’re not getting bored of doing the same workouts. Highly recommend!

  • The best workout app!!

I have followed Iulia’s fitness Instagram page for a few years and have used it for workout inspiration every now and then, but my biggest challenge in consistently working out has always been planning. I never knew what I wanted to do when I went to the gym so I always defaulted to leg day (my favorite day). This app gives me a clear plan with what I need to do each day with recommended sets and reps. It keeps me from neglecting working the parts of my body that I just may not know exactly what workouts to do for. The videos and written descriptions that go with each move make it super easy to see exactly how to do it correctly. It I have been using it for several months now and have seen dramatic changes in my weight and overall strength! I have been using the ‘Lose Body Fat at the Gym’ plan but there are different plans for whether you are wanting to just tone, strengthen, or build muscle. There are also home workouts if you can’t get to a gym. Overall I love love love this app, Iulia is the bomb❤️
