  • Best workout app- customizable and positive!

    Have tried lots of different workout apps and so many give little room for flexibility, don’t really let you build up. This is so amazing - I’ve followed Iulia on IG for years and the workouts are great. Can select cardio, hiit, strength training and really keep track of what you do that day/week.

    Love the summer challenge too. Each come with clear directions, most have alternatives. Recommend to anyone!

  • Love it!

    Love that there’s a description, photos, and video of how to complete a movement. Alternatives are great. I’m doing the build a booty program and seeing gains already!!!! Can’t say enough good things about this app and Iulia!

    Only cons are that you can’t type in weight/values.
    Also the database for the kitchen is lacking. If it had the ability to scan barcodes + a quick add to add custom food (or food not in the database), the app would be perfect!

  • Great workouts

    I’ve been following Iulia’s workouts for nearly 2 years and have never been in better shape or felt stronger! Doing the “lose body fat at gym” workouts I’ve lost more than 60lbs and have gained so much muscle definition. Her workouts are awesome for providing structure and making sure you’re working out all of your muscle groups. The app is super easy to use - looking forward to the addition of progress tracking.

  • Fave workouts

    I love the app, It gives me more to do on specific days. I tend to forget to add more workouts in per day, it would nice if it had an options to add favorite workouts. Ex; sumo deadlift and it adds it to a fav section, to get create your own workout. The more comfortable you feel, yet still have the app for back up. It’s a great app, I love how it shows the specific workout too, like an actual video

    I love Iulia’s app more than anyone else’s because I love the fact that the workouts change EVERY Sunday. There’s not a week where you feel like you did the same thing last week of a few weeks prior. It’s challenging and there’s so many different goals to choose from. I’ve been doing it for over a year and always see progress and love having the structure.

  • love the app BUT

    I enjoy using the app, I enjoy how it’s broken down by by different categories depending what exactly I want to focus on. I would and have recommended to people. The only two things I would comment on as feedback would be
    1. Sometimes it’ll tell you what the workout is but it’ll have a black/blank screen so I can’t see what the work out is.
    2. There are some errors were it won’t tell me the number of sets she’s doing, which has happened a couple of time. Other than that I enjoy using the app and have seen an improvement.

  • Love it!

    I love this app! The workouts are great and I love the different options it gives for different goals (muscle gain, fat loss, etc) and how it gives a gym and home option. My only suggestion would be implementing supersets and dropsets into the workouts. Sometimes I find it hard determining on my own what to superset and what to dropset so I think adding those in would be super beneficial.

    I absolutely love this app. It has reps, sets and how long to rest in between each exercise. It also has videos with explanations showing exactly how to do everything. As someone who just started their fitness journey, I love that it’s so easy to use. It has helped me be much more consistent in the gym and I see actual results. I do, however, wish there was a bit more variety in the exercises from week to week to challenge me and my muscles. Also, there are some minor issues that need to be fixed. I love the idea of knowing how long it takes me to finish the workouts, but the times are always out of whack. You should have the option to restart the time. Sometimes I go in to see what I’ll be doing and I exit out. On the actual day of the workouts, when i hit finish it’ll have some outrageous number like 2632 minutes. Overall, I still love the app and plan to continue using it.

  • BEST APP EVER

    I can’t even express how much gratitude I have for Iulia for making this app. I have used this app for about two years and within that time have lost approximately TWENTY POUNDS and have gained so much muscle (my spaghetti arms are no more). It pushes you to be the best you can be, whether it be at home workouts or in the gym. At the end of January, I decided to switch my routine and try other apps just to see what was out there. Within two weeks, I came running back to fitwithiulia. It’s honestly the best, and I’m so excited to see where this app is going 💛✨

  • Needs changes

    At first, I was enjoying the workouts and yes I’d wake up extremely sore and I was loving it. I’ve been using this app for about two months or so and it’s not the same anymore. I’ve been using the lose weight at home and every week it’s the same exercises one or two different exercises only. Honestly it’s starting to get a little boring especially since we are in lockdown. I’d love new exercises to change up the routine. Also, when it shows the repetitions, it usually says 4x25 of each and it shows an option to change the reps but it doesn’t let me record what I did. It needs changes and fixes please.
