Easy to use, use it daily & never have any issues with it. So easy to see how your portfolio is going each day.
I like this app and bank.
Every one can go to investment shares.
Latest version disappointing
The app has been updated and has a nice look and feel. However, these is no total on my portfolio holdings except a total which is rounded to the nearest $10,000 which means I need to add the holdings manually.
Terrible, terrible update
Clearly the people who worked on this update have no idea how their customers use their app to invest and trade. The app, which was never too good, is now 100% unusable! I’m considering moving to a different broker just because of how bad this app is.

Terrible navigation, confusing terminology and it doesnt want to process buy transactions half the time.

Really difficult to read
This app needs major improvement!
I previously purchased shares via the Westpac Investing app which was easy to read the font and easy to navigate.
I switched to the St George Direct Shares app to make it easier as my other banking is there.
The St George Bank Direct Shares app has really faint font and a poor layout.
I used to get excited opening the Westpac app but now I can’t be bothered even looking at it!
Please work on making the app easier to read /navigate without needing a magnifying glass!

Not a good app
When using facial recognition it will not open and have to download all information over again
Face ID not working
iPhone 12 Pro Face ID not working
Worst app from any bank
Poor interface, log on fails if Face ID not recognised, need to reload after delete if log has any issue.
Logs out too easily
I get logged out of the app within 5min. I could be finalising a sale and as I hit “place order” it logs me out. I have to log back in, do it all again. Literally losing me money.
It’s 2020, you’d think having an app that works properly isn’t too much to ask.
